What do you like best about the product?
Bert can do very well with the text, audio, and video files. Be it for the usage of computational linguistics , understanding customer behavior, question-answering or any classification-related task. Bert has always succeeded in bringing out the best and impressive performance throughout.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only disadvantage of BERT would be it is very compute-intensive at inference time; hence could be pretty costly in production at scale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bert can be applied in Text summarization and can be used for both extractive and abstractive models. It's great for summarizing and extracting the relevant information from a large document while retaining the actual context of the document. Also, question-answering plays a vital role in e-commerce which allows potential customers to actively seek crucial information about products or services to help their purchase decision making. Here BERT explores the potential of turning customer reviews into a significant source of knowledge to answer user questions
