Reduce support staff workload

What do you like best about the product?
I like the feature of basic patient inquiries that can be addressed through the virtual assistant. It relieves me of my time to attend to other critical tasks, as well as enables patients to receive direct responses to simple questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, patients give answers to machines where there are numerous robotic replies or they provide numerous details before speaking to an individual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As for basic patient inquiries, GYANT is an assistant that relieves me from numerous tasks. It should also ease the way many complicate questions could be asked.

GYANT helps by making it easier for people to get medical advice quickly, no matter where they are. It saves time for doctors and patients by handling basic questions and assessments, allowing doctors to focus more on serious cases. It also gives personalized advice based on each person's symptoms, making the healthcare advice more helpful. Overall, GYANT makes healthcare more accessible, faster, and tailored to individual needs.
