What do you like best about the product?
I like the feature of basic patient inquiries that can be addressed through the virtual assistant. It relieves me of my time to attend to other critical tasks, as well as enables patients to receive direct responses to simple questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, patients give answers to machines where there are numerous robotic replies or they provide numerous details before speaking to an individual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As for basic patient inquiries, GYANT is an assistant that relieves me from numerous tasks. It should also ease the way many complicate questions could be asked.
