What do you like best about the product?
Dynatrace One agent Monitoring is the best solution to find out in depth analysis of the issues occurring in your environment and helps find out the root cause of issues and potential issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dynatrace cloud and service trace are not very tightly packed when it comes to integration and also a lot more can be done in terms of providing users with more control on the dashboard customization
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the latency between different application communications and where the applications are breaking or timing out

What do you like best about the product?
Dynatrace has a monitoring capability and tools like PagerDuty, Slack. Its API has a lot of potential so it allows i to have more application integration. It is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Give more details of PurePath information because it gives me a complete report including the causes of the problem. Getting small businesses to use Dynatrace's synthetic monitoring option would be very useful for the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are happy to adapt to the Dynatrace system because it offers us solutions no matter the root of the problems, such as database calls, network traffic or user sessions. It gives us many trained tools for cloud monitoring.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is essential when we want a deeper vision of application performance. It helps us prevent our users from realizing the existence of any problems that applications may present, Dynastrace helps us correct them internally on time.

What do you like best about the product?
Dynatrace contains a topology view, contains an application monitoring, very important is that it identifies errors, as well as contains alerts and follow-ups, besides the real confidence of the captured data, it deepens the details for the resolution of event problems
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports are not very easy to use, nor can we draw a branching map with our private IPs, it does not contain good quality in terms of navigation between screens, the configuration is complex, I would like all these problems to be fixed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dynatrace is used to monitor the critical services that my company provides and provides good support. As well as being used to help optimize performance and solve events.

It is very suitable for web applications as well as to facilitate its use and has a great integration with several different tools, With PurePaths it contains the option to visualize all subsequent calls in a single call, in addition It is a dynamic and complete solution to monitor your own software Recommended platform

What do you like best about the product?
The insights on transactions and user experience helps me narrow down the application performance degradation areas to the right level of analysis. These features fascinates me and make me more engaged with Dynatrace.
What do you dislike about the product?
The terminologies used in Dynatrace on analysis screens are quite similar to generic terms I use to communicate, but the purpose of the insights differ slightly for which I require a guide to understand better. An better user guide is an need of an hour for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Application response degradations, Host system health analysis and pro-active scaling of the infrastructure, user experience degradation analysis and feedback to application support team are my major work so far.

What do you like best about the product?
This program contains good predictive data analysis, in addition to its installation it is very easy to manage. This is an advantage that is driven by artificial intelligence since it establishes technological parameters in each monitoring. It also shows well the dependencies between the services. It allows users to visualize the steps a call makes as it moves through its system. Dynatrace is excellent to see and discover everything. As soon as you represent the constancy in an environment, telemetry and intelligence of hundreds of different technologies begin to arrive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Synthetic monitoring is good, but with the code, smaller companies cannot use this function. It is important to say that technical support continues to be condescending and useless. They do not read the tickets and then ask again for the information we have already provided. This causes you to waste time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dynatrace determines the root causes well, which has been a great benefit for our team. We can quickly see which service has been slowed or blocked, and what is causing other systems to be affected. We are seeing a great benefit of Dynatrace by providing valuable information at a glance, not to mention alerts and notifications of impending problems. It also gives us solution of application problems and classification of these problems according to importance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dynatrace can help anyone discover where their application problems are. From calls to databases, network traffic and user sessions. In addition to being excellent for scenarios in which organizations want to automate the tracking and detection of technologies within their environment.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Ability to store historical data as per configuration.
2. Customized dashboard for monitoring and analysis.
3. Filtering transactions using Purepath
4. Drilldown functionaility to do indepth research.
5. Dyntrace gives ability to find transaction based on the client IP.
6. Finding exceptions from any source code is easier using Dynatrace.
7. Multiple small features integrated to track transactions smoothly..
What do you dislike about the product?
Dynatrace is a great tool in many situations but it does not expose few things when you try to drill down and find the related transactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dynatrace is a powerful tool to spot production issues in real time. It also help identify potential vulnerability issues by tracking different kinds of transaction.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dynatrace is really a nice tool and gives you whole command over unknown challenges from production issues. I love using this tool as it is most of the time highly reliable.

What do you like best about the product?
It fits in any kind of business whether small,medium or enterprises The product map an environment, and determine appropriate baselines I really like this features about this software
What do you dislike about the product?
From my experience the software is okay with it basic unique features and works perfectly but everything works perfectly okay I think there is no need for expansion to other areas of infrastructure, including telecom and SAN

I use it for website challenges and positive results have been reach with this I have been able to see the root cause and diagnosed the problem

What do you like best about the product?
I like this program because it is very useful in the company, its installation is very easy, I like it to provide a workflow that is viable, favorable for everyone, since it is really skillful to perform my daily tasks, as well as to detect nonconformities in the customer experiences.

It is good to know that I have a tool that helps me provide an excellent service to our users, through monitoring it provides effective solutions to the problems at work, providing peace of mind and security. I liked the free trial that DYNATRACE offers, helped me to get to know it and to make my work with its structure and cloud technologies easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
This software is what every company needs, it is very complete, it even has many updates and it keeps us in constant changes and this aspect to some users has become more complicated than others to adapt, although some colleagues consider it an advantage, in my opinion. I do not like the case, because it implies being supportive, helping, which takes time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dynatrace has been the answer to our digital problems, because thanks to this platform, we manage to automate all our needs in one place, with the greatest efficiency and speed. Since we used this software, the productive, administrative and service processes have improved remarkably, since we know the causes that delayed us, that allows us to solve them and move forward.

This program has been of great help to improve our profitability, because now we provide a better service, we are in constant progress and we have even conquered spaces as a company that would have been impossible to do without the skills of dynatrace.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is a very easy tool to install and that it really does work for which it was created, it has all the necessary functions to be able to detect any failure in the different production processes, determine what is the cause of the problem and give it a solution timely
What do you dislike about the product?
What I do not like about this software is the implementation of updates, in some cases they have caused failures and have required manual intervention, one of the important faults that have caused these updates is the temporary disconnection of service, that caused some data to be lost of transactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to solve the problems of production found by our users, we have also been able to identify network traffic problems, this software allows us to know which users have had a problem and also when it was affected.

This software is really good and works very well, in terms of its operation it is quite reliable and, it is very easy to use, additionally take into account the cost.
