What do you like best about the product?

I liked the support and follow-up from Omniscope by the very professional, present, and competent sales representative. I like the visual aspect of the product, which allows understanding how the data fits together and is organized. I like the diversity of visuals available.

What do you dislike about the product?

I have more difficulties understanding the permissions related to file access. Some terms are not translated into French or are poorly translated.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Data retrieval via an API, allowing for the automation of calculations. This facilitates decision-making at a strategic level.

What do you like best about the product?

Very powerfull, userfriendliness and graphic design, very good training and assistance in french in France

What do you dislike about the product?

A bit expensive, very powerfull and a bit complex : you need to invest some training time to get started

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Combines data from different sources, data processing and data visualisation

What do you like best about the product?

A step by step process flow that will be repeated every time the input data are refreshed. Very helpful for periodic (ie annual or less frequent) analysis of data, to "refresh" a dashboard

Text analytics and graph plotting could be improved

Dashboarding of "low frequency" data (annual...).

Broad range of functionality, boost analysts productivity

What do you dislike about the product?

Missing more options for styling, in some cases when you need to share reports and dashbaords with non analytical users.But it has improved in the recent versions.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fast and easy integration of data sources, easy testing of different analysis techniques. Advanved visualization.

What do you like best about the product?

It is easy to use and understand. Allows users to interact with the data in a relatively intuitive way

Some formula's are difficult to use or not able to be done (like in the reports)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Able to create essentially a digital twin, with relative ease. Were not able to do previously.

What do you like best about the product?

love to use the macro, bookmark, subsystem grouping, and custom script capabilities.

In my app, I group the workflow into INPUT, OUTPUT, Digitial TWIN and WHAT-IF subsystems, which consist reusable Macros, wich in turn consist of reusable python custom scripts. With increasing levels of abstraction and reusability, the system structure is greatly simplified.

What do you dislike about the product?

Looking forward to Jupyter notebook as the advanced python editor.

Workflow refresh in report is limited to advanced users, need more seamless integration between backend workflow and frontend reporting (would like to see Streamlit like capbilities) so that report users can interact with backend workflow seamlessly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Supply chain analytics, e.g. forecast, demand planning, material planning, inventory optimization, total landed cost minimization

What do you like best about the product?

Drag and drop functionality enabled us to build a customised solution for HR and accounting analysis within a month, subsequently removing the need for manual Excel processing.
The application can be opened on any device - it’s easy to access for remote workers.

What do you dislike about the product?

It would be useful to have more training videos covering more complex features.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Omniscope enabled us to automate data processing: to transform and harmonise data from our databases and external APIs, then create interactive dashboards in the same application. Our distributed team can easily collaborate and share reports, while knowing the data was checked for quality and classified along the way. This all happens within minutes of data being added to the database and the process is fully automated.

What do you like best about the product?

We use this software. We like its reliability, support, and frequent updates.

What do you dislike about the product?

There are no major issues, as the support team resolves all problems.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

This tool works well with big data

What do you like best about the product?

We have build numerous very complex datasets using Omniscope EVO's extensive native low code capabilities.
Where we could not use low code features we were able to simply use custom python code to fill the gap.

The Visokio team is very helpfull and quick to respond to querries.
We are using EVO daily for dashboarding, and have build global business processes that are completely reliant on the software.

What do you dislike about the product?

The dashboarding capabilities are slightly less powerfull then other BI tools out there.
Having said that, due to the extensive datamanipulation that can be done upstream this hardly ever is a problem, and more importantly, because the dashboards themselves need to do less heavy lifting in number of complex calculations EVO retains its speed compared to other BI tools.

What do you like best about the product?

What I like best about Omniscope Evo is the ease of use of the tool, once you get over the initial learning curve; which is not too deep. The ability to manipulate and analyse the data back and forward, ingest multiple data files and push files out multiple ways is a blessing.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes their does feel like there is a lag, when procesing very large 5M+ rows.

The biggest challenge I face on my day-to-day work is data processing and formatting, which Omniscope helps solve quickly and efficently.
