Useful Product
What do you like best about the product?
A hub to easily keep track of past form 4 filings as well as any drafts that are pending. I really appreciate how there are real-time quality checks as I am drafting up the form 4, just in case I miss something or if something seems off, it is flagged and I can review immediately.
Some of the new rollout features are nice, such as bulk filing, which can save a good amount of time!

What do you dislike about the product?
It seems some of the features available before the interface update is not available now. I was told it would be available, but the release has been delayed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One stop shop for form 4 fililngs - easy to stay organized on fillings and reporting officer holdings.

The group has been incredibly involved the roll u process that have put in a lot of effort to make certain in truly satisfiesour unique requirements. Very simple to use highly functional and excellent support.

Hardly an exact quick item. It's a significant amount of wait while pages display.

I like that Some features of the platform can also be customized to meet the user's needs. It also helps ensure compliance with established rules and regulations. Additionally, once you enter the necessary data, the process goes smoothly.

Take a little time to adapt to the platform. As well as the inability to edit or delete certain fields after saving an item.

It took some time to become used to so I wish they could have made the UI a lsimpler to use.

Versions control issues are solved by the workiva platform. Not only for text changes but also with CEO external auditor commenta and messaging drafts.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent service with advanced documentation, a very reliable project management system where from the platform you can provide real-time tracking, the software delivers very reliable reports, and you can request them progressively to be aware of everything that happens with your projects, the data can be entered very easily and can be tracked.
What do you dislike about the product?
Disadvantages with the price, it can be expensive, the spreadsheets are very limited especially when you want to create a formula, the user interface is still very basic at this level it would be interesting to have something more corporate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the system provided by Workiva to enter financial data, we purchased the service mainly to put in order all those problems we had to bring to the accounting of the company. The software allows us to obtain annual reports on all the inputs and outputs we perceive within the organization, in conclusion, the biggest requirement for us is the accurate financial reports they offer.

It has more than just the standard tests needed to perform a finacial audit and also implements a risk-based sample model. And it provides a set of tools to integrate and enable the audit process to be carried out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is not so smooth, sometimes various functions cannot be easily accessed. I also find that it takes a bit of learning to get to the point where you can easily run queries and truly unlock the capabilities of the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool is capable of analyzing large amounts of data. In addition to solving a variety of problems including gap analysis and multi-line revenue analysis as well as projections, Workiva allows us to set up recurring audits, which saves us time and also eliminates our errors.

The customer service we receive is truly top notch - we feel valued and supported. The collaborative document editing feature allows us to work seamlessly with our team members. The data linking and validation features ensure accuracy and reliability in our reports. The automated workflows save us so much time and streamline our processes. Real-time reporting capabilities provide us with up-to-date insights. User-friendly interface, along with the ability to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations securely.

Learning Curve: Some users find that the platform has a steep learning curve and may require some time to get familiar with all its features and functionalities. There are so many different ways to get to the same result, that it can be easy for users to have challenges reperforming activities. Once the users are comfortable, they really like the tool.
Limited Customization Options: Although Workiva offers customization options, certain specific customization needs or preferences require changes to the platform's interface for all of their products. We have a few requests for enhancements sent; however, they have a dedicated team focused on addressing and keeping the ideas/recommendations on their roadmap.
