Allows you to analyze a large amount of data easily
What do you like best about the product?
It has more than just the standard tests needed to perform a finacial audit and also implements a risk-based sample model. And it provides a set of tools to integrate and enable the audit process to be carried out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is not so smooth, sometimes various functions cannot be easily accessed. I also find that it takes a bit of learning to get to the point where you can easily run queries and truly unlock the capabilities of the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool is capable of analyzing large amounts of data. In addition to solving a variety of problems including gap analysis and multi-line revenue analysis as well as projections, Workiva allows us to set up recurring audits, which saves us time and also eliminates our errors.

Some of the best featues about Workiva is listed below:

3.Best thing is that it can be easily integrated with 3rd party platform and solutions like CRM tools, ERP(SAP) and Power BI as well which halps in easy data synchronization.

As Workiva provides capbility to integrate with third party platforms and application which makes it unreliable as sometimes it causes lot of challenges to seamlessly conenct with Workiva

1. It is being used in my organization for mainitaining the financial reports of the organization. It provides the centralized view for editing and reviewing the data which saves lot of efforts in compiling and finalizing the Reports

The ability to work with Workiva's support team to perform customizations and tailoring the platform to our specific needs is one of the best things we like about Workiva. The customer service we receive is truly top notch - we feel valued and supported. The collaborative document editing feature allows us to work seamlessly with our team members. The data linking and validation features ensure accuracy and reliability in our reports. The automated workflows save us so much time and streamline our processes. Real-time reporting capabilities provide us with up-to-date insights. User-friendly interface, along with the ability to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations securely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning Curve: Some users find that the platform has a steep learning curve and may require some time to get familiar with all its features and functionalities. There are so many different ways to get to the same result, that it can be easy for users to have challenges reperforming activities. Once the users are comfortable, they really like the tool.
Limited Customization Options: Although Workiva offers customization options, certain specific customization needs or preferences require changes to the platform's interface for all of their products. We have a few requests for enhancements sent; however, they have a dedicated team focused on addressing and keeping the ideas/recommendations on their roadmap.

I wish they made the user interface a little more intuitive, it took some getting used to.

What do you like best about the product?
Workiva's consolidated environment saves time, offert and money. It is also a good tool that provides ease of use with flexibility thanks to the regular updates provided to the tool. It's really easy to use. Customer service responds very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is the time tracking module as it is very clunky. And I kind of dislike the functionality related to issue management.

You can change the layout and how things are nested. It's easy to understand and I can use it all the time. He also assists in the review and maintenance of the working documents of our audit projects. And gives me the ability to get reports on recurring issues/track risk patterns.

The reports and analysis are very complete, they are modeled to what you need at that moment, the program responds very well, the financial reports at all times are accurate, all data are handled optimally, and the interface allows you to work without new features, the fact that it is hosted in the cloud makes it very light and easy to implement in any system. From the beginning, we have an affordable price that any company can hire.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support team is a bit slow with the answers they provide, it does not integrate well with Excel for example in the graphics area, there can also be errors when importing files. The templates are good, but I would like to have more updates, the ones I currently have are not that modern.

With Workiva we estimate our financial reports, the tool is very accurate to keep track of all the numbers and data coming into the company, audits with the software are simpler which allows us to save time and work. It is also useful with spreadsheets, the presentations are excellent and everything can be presented in Excel for a better understanding of senior management.
