Such a great reporting tool for single source of truth for quality outputs
What do you like best about the product?
Linking through various reporting platforms to end documents ensuring consistency in reporting
What do you dislike about the product?
Linking with qualitative information sometimes causes formatting issues. We have to export via Word to perform spell/grammar checks

smart linking among various workspaces to provide even more consistency throughout end documents

Customer service has always been effective, and the platform evolves with our needs

In line with most software solutions, the ease of use between source data and reporting can be cumbersome

What do you like best about the product?
The system is very intrutive. It makes quarterly filing much easier navigate.

The system is set up for the masses so there are individual tricks that are dependent on my company that i wish Workivia offered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working with my CSM on graphs for our proxy. We needed certain lines involved in the graphs that we did not have the abiility to do without her help.

What do you like best about the product?
Workiva platform is a single source of truth. No longer will you struggle with version control, everyone is working off the same document. The linking will ensure that once you estabish a data set is correct, it will not change. This eliminates errors thus reducing risk.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hardest part about being on the Workiva platform is convincing other parts of your organization to embrace this technology.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva solved our version control issues. This eliminted throw away work due to working in an old document.

The software is intuititave and easy to navigate, it allows me to be flexible in the content whole maintaining the ability to link, trace and track changes.

It can be slow and sometimes a delay when navigating around

Standardisation of the reporting was a major problem, Workivia allows me to create templates and ensure consistency across all reports.
One of the only products that support end to end reporting.

Workiva is a comprehensive end to end product that will allow for ESG reporting. There are a multitude of modules.

No multi dimensionality and inability to view ESG program metrics by report is a limitation.

What do you like best about the product?
Workiva is a very comprehensive platform with continuous feature innovation to utilize new technology and improve efficiencies. This helps us to continue to do more work with less, and the ability to focus on value-added activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not always easy to connect to other data sources and platforms within the organization which limits the ability to utilzize Workiva to its full potential.

Workiva helps me to efficently and effectively prepare our organizational financial statements.
