Wonderful workiva service
What do you like best about the product?
I like best that workiva is very collaborative. It is nice that everyone can be working in the document at the same time. Workiva also is constantly updating their service with new items.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about workiva is that a PSM is an extra cost. It would be nice if it was inclusive in our package so we can ask our XBRL questions as they come up and not just at the conference
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva benefits us for a streamline process for submitting financial statements. I also love the new processes update. That will be a more streamline process for everyone
Very intuitive for new users!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Workiva is that it functions how you expect it to - it is very intuitive for new users!
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike most about Workiva is navigating through the different processes and certifications - but those are hoops that will always need to be jumped through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking down the people who are responsible for reporting quarertly/annual financial data. Also, creating our 10-Qs and 10-Ks.

Workiva's ability to stay on the forefront of technology keeps our financial reporting fresh and up to date.

Must Have for SEC Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it is to import data and link data between spreadsheets and word documents, tag XBRL and file our documents all in one platform. Maintaining historical data and rolling forward periods is super simple and can be done in a matter of clicks. We recently started to use Workiva for our internal, management reporting as well as our SEC reporting and have seen fantastic efficiencies!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any specific complaints about the platform itself. At times, during high volume periods we have experienced some slowdowns in use, but that's about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva links directly with SAP S4 Hana and brings our data into our filings directly and eliminates manual effort and mistakes. We are also able to create a single source of data that links to various internal and external reports that prevents reporting inconsistent or incorrect data and elminates the need for duplicative checks.
