What do you like best about the product?
I am a huge fan of the collaboration tools. Having data owners and approvers in the same platform is a huge time saver and leads to the fastest response time for audit teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The feature we have been waiting for is the ability to report on different status changes within the ESG program between multiple levels of approver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva is solving the problem of breaking down cross-functional silos.
My experience learning Workiva has been easy due to the ability to collaborate cross-functionally!

It would be great to have more dashboards and visuals!

ESG reporting
Workiva is an incredible platform and the company is incredibly innovative.
What do you like best about the product?
I love Workiva as a company and the platform. There is constant innovation and consideration of companies input, needs and usage. It is so easy to use and there are so many capabilities available. The built in ease of use and support is always easy to reach and quick to resolve any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some information isn't present in all platforms. Such as the checklists and dashboard items that are in statutory reporting but since our company's main entity uses IFRS those items would be incredibly useful even though we don't need the XBRL and some of the other statutory reporting capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Financial reporting for both our IFRS and GAAP companies, processing our key control such as certifications.
We have a few growing pains
What do you like best about the product?
It is fairly entuitive and easy to use. We were able to complete an audit in 3 weeks with a report ready for the Board.
What do you dislike about the product?
Change history is in the Data area and not inside the Audit working papers.

Workiva is easy to use and is hleping with duplication of audit processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy collaboration wthin one document and ability to link cells and publish changes across a lot of pages
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacking the ability to export comments from a specific milestone
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved the ability to condense multiple workbooks and consolidate a bunch of review comments rather than the back and forth we used to do via email.
