Simplicity at its' Finest
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to have cross-functional team collaboration is imperative. From the Consolidation team having the numbers ready and input, to then the financial information being directly fed to the Reporting team to then being able to share that with IR, Finance..the list goes on. Knowing that everyone is using the same sourced information. Getting people access to the platform with constant team changes makes it easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime can take a bit to figure out the answer to your question when trying a new feature. Lots of information in the Customer Support area but hard to find the direct answer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a single source of financial information that cross-functional teams can access and trust.

No dislikes. The customer support has been incredible.

1. The ease of use. The interface is very user friendly. Our implementation so far has felt really seamless.
2. The customer support. Responses to query are almost immediate - within hrs.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any painpoints as of yet, but I am also early in.

Getting us ready for the CSRD and other requirements.

Ease of use for end users, cross collaboration tool

Any upgrades and/or modifications require contacting the vendor rather than self service.

W-desk is an amazing tool and has streamlined our SEC Reporting process signficantly.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple, intuituive design but powerful capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing user roles and access can be complex and not always easy to figure out what roles and priveliges are needed to get what you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing SOX controls and testing acrossed multiple stakeholders. Previosuly we tracked all controls and testing via spreadsheets and it was difficult and tedious to determine which version of the controls was the latest.

What do you like best about the product?
Workiva is an excelllent tool for sustanability report collaboration, workflows, and data collection.
What do you dislike about the product?
After adding a new metric to the ESG Program, you have to refersh the browser before refreshing the link.

We need a central repository to collect and report data

the tool is intuitive and easy to use - when its questionable the service is great

it helps with our externa;l reporting and also keeps all of our information in an easily accessible platform for different departments

I love how innovate and streamlined Workiva is. It saved hours of work throughout the year. I also love how Workiva constantly is coming out with new updates and changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The update to certifications made things more challenging. It felt like a step back in some ways.

It helps solve the challenge of obtaining and sharing information between internal teams and auditors.
