What do you like best about the product?
The Workiva platform helps me to do my job with SEC filings
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if we had a link from Workiva to Box for our support files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Workiva for SEC filings.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how multiple members of our team can all collaborate on a single document in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it difficult to navigate through the XBRL taxonomy when searching. It doesnt' always pull up what I am looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva helps us efficiently build our 10-Q and 10-K reports and allows us to easily roll forward the report each period along with any links, XBRL tags, etc.

How easy it is to link numbers to ensure consistent results across the filings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the speed can be slow during quarter/yearend periods when a lot of information is being added to the filing.

Workiva makes our quarterly and annual filing process very easy.

Reporting can be a bit cumbersome and certifications were very manual. Excited to try to the new automation for certifications.

Multiple team members can collaborate on the same file without version control issues.

wData is difficult to manage for technical support queries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's our platform for housing all of our reporting needs and everyone knows where to go to find the information they need. It's much easier to navigate than shared drives.
Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
It took our close process from a 5 day time frame down to a 1.5 day time frame from start to finish.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features in excel and powerpoint that are very needed in presentations and spreadsheets. Talking with the team we know these features are on the road map.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for multi-user conversation and preparation which cuts down on the "waiting time" for the next user.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminated the need to use so many manual trackers and spend time updating so many things for status. It is all linked and connected and can be reported at any time. It also made sending and tracking requests so easy - no training even required for my team or end users. Links allows me to create Audit Committee presentations and not be constantly worried I have outdated data or numbers, it is all directly linked to source and updates when those numbers are changed and published saving me a lot of time and frustration.
