Collaborative and Functional
What do you like best about the product?
Very collaborative space with many useful tools
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as user friendly with respect to schedule of investments, sometimes there are issues with comments showing up

SEC filings across all funds
Easy to use and immediate improvement in Fiscal processes
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Workiva is easy to use and share amongst our users. Connecting Wdesk and Wdata has helped streamline and improve business processes. There are also lots of training and support tools available for use with Workiva.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a lag when refreshing connections between Wdesk and Wdata. I'm sometimes booted out of the app for no reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team has been able to improve on the CAFR preparation and publish in quicker times. We're also able to remove many reporting functions from Excel and place them directly in Workiva so that staff and update, review, and collaborate simultaneously. Last, using Wdata has improved accuracy and speed in the previously mentioned reporting functions.

Workiva is very user friendly and continues to grow and evolve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the workspaces and permissions are tricky for admins

Robust reporting here linked to other sources as well as connected to your own data

What do you like best about the product?
I love the source/destination linking where I can see where the source link goes. I enjoy the history and black line feature and being able to tag my colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the black line between documents are back, slow performance at time, constant "new update" on the bottom right

Solving inefficiency within the reporting world and consistent flow of data to different users within the company, acting as a data repository, and streamline process

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can usually access it as long as I have a web browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be glitchy at times. Sometimes it won't boot up depending on which web browser I'm using.

Workiva is helping me formally document audit steps eye being completed in a standardized format.

What do you like best about the product?
The sec reporting platform is my favorite. I also enjoy Amplify.
What do you dislike about the product?
My CSM and PSM change frequently and I would prefer to have more consistency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We useSEC financial reporting platform and it solves this as well as our xbrl needs. It makes my work much more productive.
Adaptive technology and user friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
Workiva has been so helpful in customizing our solutions to fit our needs. No request is too small or too complicated for the team to adapt to our needs and provide exactly what we are looking for to make our work more efficient and effective. I especially love the testing functionality that exists to document control testing, comment functionality, and linking of data between workspaces.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain changes to Workiva that would be great to make myself as a data admin user as opposed to waiting on a CSM. While they update things in a timely manner it doesn't compare to real time changes that could made quick by yourself such as a change to a field or report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coordination of data in one central place as well as centralizing requests to the business. It also has helped with documentation automation (internal consistency between documents) and project management / visualizations.
Saves SO much time!
What do you like best about the product?
The Automation helped us save so much time! Having data linked across different reports increased efficiency and ensure all data is consistent throughout all reports and presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are bugs that need to be fixed, but other than that that's it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Too many backups in different places (now all in Workiva spreadsheets) and lots of last minute changes which we needed to manual fix everywhere (now one click of a button and it pushes this change across all reports).
