What do you like best about the product?
We are a month into being "live" and we have found the workiva staff that helped us implement and continue to modify extremely helpful! We can't wait to see how it continues to benefit our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Further edits and enhancements may cost money to produce unique solutions but the pathway to that is unclear and unknown if you don't know everything you want to achieve at initial implementation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Control testing and data synergy accross various departments. Also creating centralized storage and efficient workflows for getting tasks completed timely and effectively.

There is nothing I dislike about Workiva

Saving time by updating data wherever needed, easy prepare sand review process

I like that it isn't just about new features and how to use, but included best business practices and how to better support our organizations

I wish it started with an opening ceremony or session to kick off the conference.

Financial statements and corporate reporting - would like to see what it could do for our asset reporting

Very user-friendly and efficient. Able to get help and answers in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain functions such as tie-out tick marks can be updated/improved and become more user friendly.

All aspects of financial reporting such as drafting, tie-out and filing of financial reports.

The streamlined process to process, review and file forms with the SEC.

Notification timeframe about layout changes are too short. Movement of certain icons can be less intuitive than previous versions.

Workflow and multi user access. Long ago we converted from Word to a workiva s'more fluid process of editing, processing and ultimate filing of our form 10Q, 10K, 8K etc.

Constantly looking for new efficiencies and ways to make our jobs easier. Listen to feedback from their customers and quickly roll out updates.

Excel could use more functionalities. Most shortcuts don't work.
