Great product
What do you like best about the product?
I love how user friendly Workiva is and how they are always innovating.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if all of the software was available vs. different modules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating monthly reports and presentations

What do you like best about the product?
Linked reporting, information is updated with ease and accuracy and is instantly available for multiple users
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't have full excel capabilities and formatting. Can't use groups to hide and unhide rows and columns with ease.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva allows for a quick turn around during crunch times
Great system with lots of flexibility for structure and use
What do you like best about the product?
The Wdesk system can be set up as simply or as complex to fit any size business need. I've work at large and small companies and the system can be configured to work in any manner desired.
What do you dislike about the product?
The speed of the system can sometimes make a daily work environment difficult. I know that this has been a priority to fix and it is getting better with time. Also the system can be daunting with its ability to be configured.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the system for SEC reporting where the whole team can work on the document at once so we can file on time.
Workiva Review
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the collorabation features of Workiva, it is awesome for our entire team to be working collectively on our SEC filings. We enoy being able to file documents wtiht the SEC all in one place as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our teams are now exploring options to integreate our ERP systems into the platform now, but that was a dislike prior. Other issues are general connectivey at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have our SEC filings stored within Workiva and it is great to be able to roll our documents and to be able to colloborate together as a team. As well, the customer support is great!
User-Friendly and Streamlines Financial Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of reviewing and providing real-time access to each team member to allow the project to continue to progress from inception to completion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything particular at the moment that I dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating functions that were previously more manual in nature. Reducing version control issues that were created prior to Workiva and ensuring internal consistency.

User friendly for new user
What do you like best about the product?
I was able to join a new company and self-serve navigate Workiva due to the great interactive training demos and intuitive menus.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides yet, my limited experience has been positive!

is integrating the financial information in one plattform, getting information in one place all connected, help us to reduce time in the preparation process, also help us to reduce significatly the risk of having information not been updated properly
Great Product, Adds Efficiency to Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Workiva makes my job streamlined and I can link all my data. If I makes changes to one numbers it flows through to all the documents and financial data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be difficult to make changes to financial data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration of financial data into a single platform, for example, ESG reporting etc.
Benefitting from Integrated Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
We use Workiva's SEC reporting tool. We've been able to link Workiva to our financial system and easy integrate financial data used in our filings. We have automated the majority of our filing so it auto populates with the click of a button. We also love the comment functionality, review functionality, and customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
We aren't able to adopt certain features (like tie out binder and certifications) because they are not yet mature enough for our needs. Otherwise we love the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By integrating Workiva with our financial system and automating the footnotes, we are able to save time and avoid manual errors in preparing our SEC filing.
