Workiva for Financial Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Ability for the team to collaborate in real time, efficiency and data control.
What do you dislike about the product?
Format painter inconsistiently working .

Reporting reporting needs, data presentation and team collaboration across departments.

We use Workiva on a daily basis and love the platform. It is so helpful!

The streamlined process to process, review and file forms with the SEC.
Easy to use, easy to understand and yearly enhancements that make the process even more robust.

What do you dislike about the product?
Notification timeframe about layout changes are too short. Movement of certain icons can be less intuitive than previous versions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow and multi user access. Long ago we converted from Word to a workiva s'more fluid process of editing, processing and ultimate filing of our form 10Q, 10K, 8K etc.

Constantly looking for new efficiencies and ways to make our jobs easier. Listen to feedback from their customers and quickly roll out updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Excel could use more functionalities. Most shortcuts don't work.

I love how user friendly Workiva is and how they are always innovating.

It would be nice if all of the software was available vs. different modules.

Linked reporting, information is updated with ease and accuracy and is instantly available for multiple users
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't have full excel capabilities and formatting. Can't use groups to hide and unhide rows and columns with ease.

Workiva allows for a quick turn around during crunch times
Great system with lots of flexibility for structure and use
What do you like best about the product?
The Wdesk system can be set up as simply or as complex to fit any size business need. I've work at large and small companies and the system can be configured to work in any manner desired.
What do you dislike about the product?
The speed of the system can sometimes make a daily work environment difficult. I know that this has been a priority to fix and it is getting better with time. Also the system can be daunting with its ability to be configured.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the system for SEC reporting where the whole team can work on the document at once so we can file on time.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the collorabation features of Workiva, it is awesome for our entire team to be working collectively on our SEC filings. We enoy being able to file documents wtiht the SEC all in one place as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our teams are now exploring options to integreate our ERP systems into the platform now, but that was a dislike prior. Other issues are general connectivey at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have our SEC filings stored within Workiva and it is great to be able to roll our documents and to be able to colloborate together as a team. As well, the customer support is great!
