Improving efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
The improved efficiency in the reporting process that workiva has helped the company achieved. Time has been saved and the team can focus on more significant items.
What do you dislike about the product?
The connection might be unstable at time causing us to not be able to sync properly. Perhaps checking on the connectivity might help especially when it comes to crunch time

Workiva is essential for financial reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to collaborate on a document increases productivity significantly. Linking helps eliminate errors and increase consistency
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading track-changes attachments (like a debt agreement) does not work at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previous to using Workiva we were using a Word document for filings, which was inefficient as only one user could modify at a time. We also had a lot of manual updating when numbers changed, and the linking feature has solved htis problem.

What do you like best about the product?
Bells and whistles such as Process workflow, Comment function, Tagging, Section progress color status
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricey and multiple versions needed for SEC vs. private FS reporting

allows collaboration across multiple departments and external auditors

Wdata looks like it would save us a bunch of time with gl data.

The customer support sometimes has a delay.

What do you like best about the product?
Workiva simplifies financial reporting alllowing changes to be made on the fly and across multiple workbooks and companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
When importing excel scientific spreadsheets the formats of the resulting information becomes skewed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Financial reporting changes are made easy and can be shared across multiple companies and groups. I am more productive.
Amplify is a great networking experience
What do you like best about the product?
Allows you to network with other individuals in your industry and see how they're using the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Long walk from my hotel room to the conference center.

Having the same numbers across all of our presentations has been a constant issue that Workiva is solving for us.
Workiva is a great tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive and provides for lots of funnctionality to expand usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. We have enjoyed the product.

The best part has been the ability to monitor and establish our audit trail.
