What do you like best about the product?
It's relatively easy to use and navigate. I like the ability to pull multiple files in one section.
What do you dislike about the product?
No areas that I can think of that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows for a centralized location to edit/create polices and procedures. Easy to track changes and pull up hisotrical blacklines.
Workiva is a good working program to help track changes and approvals.
What do you like best about the product?
It is a live intitiative application leverages across the LOBs to communicate and make changes. The reports and historical documentation is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the random glitches. Approver
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides insight to updates an historical data on the approvers involved.

What do you like best about the product?
Workiva gives a lot of different options to organize your work. The other systems I've seen others use aren't as functional as this one. It is critical to work with their representatives to fix bugs or quirky things. You can put all your support within that one control or test phase for everyone to work on and review later on.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can have glitches and not save in real time but you have to work with a representative to get these issues fixed. We've had issues where it has blocked access to previous testing that was saved but they get it back up for you. downside to that is it can slow you down during testing.

Workiva has been a very useful SEC Reporting tool
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful parts of Workiva have been the linking of numbers throughout financial documents and the ability to create several documents that can be linked together. It has made creating voluminous documents with several editors much more manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of Workiva are the separate platforms needed for internal management reporting, vs SOX, vs SEC reporting. The pricing and packaging are very expensive for a company of our size to get the three separate platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva is solving the issue of drafting large financial documents that requires multiple editors/contributors and linking to supporting documentation for numbers.

What do you like best about the product?
Workiva is easy to use. I enjoy the dashboards and the fact that there is no size limit on the uploads/attachments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is the only downside, as it is a pretty expensive product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize Workiva for SOX controls testing and it allows us to have all the controls in one place and the support. It provides sign off, and alerts the parties involved when the control testing has been completed as well as keeping track of the audit history on the changes made. The calendar with due dates is also helpful.
Quick and easy way to perform SOX testing for Internal Audit
What do you like best about the product?
Quick and easy way to streamline the process in collecting evidence from the respective groups and tracking status through dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the system can be unstable and can take a while to load or download documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One stop shop in being able to handle requests, documentation and the status of controls for an audit engagmeent.

What do you like best about the product?
All the best functions make the filing prep and actual filing seemless easy. I love how people contribute in the platform and many great tricks shared among the commnunity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see if there is a default view we can choose to show or no show attachments. i believe currently, we need to click on view, to hide attachments manually, and everytime, i come back, the attachment shows up in the body of the doc. I have to click to hide again manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Workiva is a strong tool to use for housing, editing and collaborating on financial statement data
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share the financial statements and related data within my team to share work and create efficiencies regarding the timely preparedness of the FS. I also like being able to leave comments to my team in real time to leave an audit trail for review and changes. I also like how the functionality is similar to Excel, so the hotkeys/shortcuts and formatting aren't entirely new when you first start using the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have a lot of downsides to Workiva, but a couple of improvement points might be to make the markup function a bit more straightforward; it took me a while to figure out how to add my markups and show other markups that my team had left. I also think the ability to my comments that were posted in error or are no longer needed is an issue - I believe this is only prevalent when responding to a comment left by someone else, but its a bit annoying not to be able to delete my responses should it be necessary
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva allows our accounting and finance teams to have a singular location that is both shareable and secure for us to edit and share financial statement data. Some of the problems it has explicitly helped would be the ability to edit data in a single location that would then populate throughout the financials and various PowerPoint slides that are being sent to Management, The Board etc. Knowing that the data will be consistently updated throughout our statements and ppts accurately and completely is beneficial.
Review of Workiva
What do you like best about the product?
Best part about workiva is the reports that help track testing status. Also the testing platform is streamlined to be effiecient when testing multiple controls and processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There needs to be more feature updates over time with Workiva. I find that files that are too large or password protected make using Workiva difficult as testing becomes offline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva is helping solve the issues of SOX testing. Primarily simplifying the reporting process and making it easier to identify key components of a control or business process.
