Good overall
What do you like best about the product?
The help desk (by phone) are responsive, and they help me a lot

I ran into various problems when doing XBRL through Workiva.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe automation is one of Workiva's main features but I do not quite understand what it can do to benefit me.
Highly satisfied with Workiva platform for SEC reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Workiva's SEC platform's transparency on document revisions and versions has been really helpful. I like the ease of linking sources to the draft document.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the occasional glitches of the platform where your changes are not saved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva has been helpful in improving our documentation by providing improvements on the functionality of the platform.
Intuitive Software for Financial Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
An easy and effective method to keep data consistent across multiple deliverables.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little learning is required to bridge the gap between functions in Microsoft Office Suites and Workiva.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva helps with version control and ensures all financial reporting outputs are consistent without worrying that the numbers will be different.

1. One place to make data updates such as controls language, risks, etc.

1. Minor issues for certain team members not being able to update control operators in the design tab or other minor items even when they have the right access
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Admin time slightly reduced via audit management software instead of Word suites. Also able to add unlimited users to send PBC requests or approve QAR as audit projects

How we can produce reports with trusted information
Wdesk is a great platform
What do you like best about the product?
It has made our financial reporting process a lot more seamless. We have also been able to use the platform to assist in building checks to improve accuracy of our reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't believe there is much to dislike about the platform. The one minor comment I would make is that the copying/deleting of documents could be a bit easier.

it has made our financial reporting process a lot more efficient and less error-prone.
Workiva makes filing a breeze!
What do you like best about the product?
Workiva makes it really easy to collaborate with others. The linking feature is also really helpful when updating numbers in multiple spots.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the number formatting was a little more intuitive. For example, when I enter a number in thousands, but it shows as ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva makes it really easy to comply with SEC regulations and file required reports. Having a professional to review the XBRL is very valuable.

ability to separate sections by users; also like the sync and linking

office functionality not the best and formatting is a pain, and the sync function has kinks

The team is helpful when you are in a bind trying to submit a Q or K

Interesting UX/learning curve, had to figure out quirks when starting, and just scarier in a financial system sending docs to the SEC.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly the platform is and how easy it is to collaborate with other users/employees in our company. I am able to effectively copy and carry over the same date quarterly for ease in financial reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have any complaints and have been using this software for four years now. I cannot complain and even go so far as to say the times that the platform was down it was only for a short time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing the footnotes and collaborating with users. We carry the same data quarterly and yearly and this saves time in reentering redundant information. The audit runs smoothly for this reason also, we have a short turn around time from year end to audit season and WDESK really helps us with this process.
