The great customer support received from PSM and other Workiva professionals.

Some functionalities are not intuitive or difficult to know which documents are owned by who.

Netsuite integrations making it easier to upload trial balances into Wdata. Rollforward feature from prior periods into the current working file.

What do you like best about the product?
Workiva has been very helpful in simplifying and organizing complex reporting tasks. It’s highly effective at improving accuracy and saving time, while also making collaboration smooth and efficient. The communication and support from the team are excellent, with quick responses and clear guidance whenever needed. Overall, it’s a reliable tool that makes the reporting process much easier.

I wish things were rolled out a little bit more quicker sometimes

It’s a collaborative tool that is used among the entire team and helps us with communication.

Sometimes the freshes of changes lag resulting in mis-communications.
