Workiva is an extremely user friendly platform, which excellent customer support
What do you like best about the product?
Workiva's ease of use is the first thing I notice about Workiva. Having assisted multiple colleagues in learning the platorm for the first time, I can attest that it is easy to use right from the beginning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, getting a consistent answer from Support can be time-consuming. I have spent many hours on the phone dealing with minor functionality issues. It would help if Support could do specific tasks vs. just instructing the users step by step.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva has helped streamline and automate certain functions across multiple documents allowing our team to be confident that data is consistent across the board. Workiva is the industry leader for a reason!!!

What do you dislike about the product?
I really dont have anything in particular. I have had nothing but good things to say about Workiva. From the people that help assist us to the software itself, our filings and document preparations are always smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva stays on top of various new rules and offers guidance for the group. They work with us to review our account each year to understand where we can become even better.
Workiva has made the process of requesting support and uploading testing a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see requests in the work paper while also having the ability to switch back to prior year in order to maintain consistency in testing and requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be finicky at times. Having multiple work papers open can cause the software to run slowly as it is a web-based platform as opposed to running locally on the device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva allows for clearer documentation of our control testing process and gives us the opportunity to sort and organize all controls in a detailed library. This has significantly improved the efficiency of our testing process.

Workiva is the best program to use for filing 10'Q's and 10-K's easily.

It is easy to use and the linking features save a lot of time.

The NextGen version seems to be slower than the previous version.

They help with the efficiency of the 10Q and 10K process.

What do you like best about the product?
The Team Members at Workiva are always responsive to questions are are fast-acting when the system is down. They do a great job of keeping customers informed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some aspects of Workiva are not as simplified as they could be. Some searching around has to be done to fully learn the program, and there are a few differences from excel that could easily be made the same for a better user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva is adding AI and cross-workspace linking to help users save time and be more efficient. These additions will help create better disclosures and consistant documents.

Export linkage is difficult, some formula in Microsoft excel cannot be used

Workiva Just Works
What do you like best about the product?
Workiva lets me store all of my work papers in one location, which makes things easy to find when they are needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The file viewer sometimes has issues with large Excel files. It can take a long time to get them to open in the viewer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva is allowing us to keep all of our work concise and organized, and also allows us to control the audience.

Workiva is essential is creating our quarterly and annual reports and provides tools that make collaborating very easy and smooth
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly cannot think of any downsides of using workiva because it has been such a warm and welcomed tool after I switched to corporate from public accounting.

We utilize it to complete our quarterly and annual reports. We are also looking to utilize to for our ESG reporting.
