Export linkage is difficult, some formula in Microsoft excel cannot be used

Workiva Just Works
What do you like best about the product?
Workiva lets me store all of my work papers in one location, which makes things easy to find when they are needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The file viewer sometimes has issues with large Excel files. It can take a long time to get them to open in the viewer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva is allowing us to keep all of our work concise and organized, and also allows us to control the audience.

What do you like best about the product?
Workiva is essential is creating our quarterly and annual reports and provides tools that make collaborating very easy and smooth
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly cannot think of any downsides of using workiva because it has been such a warm and welcomed tool after I switched to corporate from public accounting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize it to complete our quarterly and annual reports. We are also looking to utilize to for our ESG reporting.
Good Auditing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way it is organized. In addition, I like having all the request in 1 tab with filters that I need to find specific requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could be improved to be more powerful to provide better status and metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They helped us with creating different reports since we do reporting every week.
Wdesk is great!
What do you like best about the product?
How user friendly the platform is. I find the data collections most helpful. Our account manager is also always available to answer any questions. No experience with any other competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are formatting bugs. Constant workiva emails can be annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva is helping with data collection from other departments. I use them for general interrogatories and they have worked great. Once users are set up in Wdesk, they seem to have no issues.
Workiva is a great platform overall
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive platform, makes the whole external reporting process easy. Easy to link, roll forward documents, have many users in the same documents at the same time, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the filing expense is finicky but still great overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They help the external reporting community work and file their documents with ease. It makes everyone more productive and has increased business performance overall.
Workiva is an awesome platform
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful item about Workiva is how automated the workflow is when rolling forward statements to the next reporting period. You basically are able to flip a switch and the statements are ready for next period
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike (while it is hard to dislike anything with the platform) is that sometimes the system can have slower load times when first starting up but once it is running there are no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva is able to handle the file mile of reporting which is often times what tends to hold up the financial reporting process for many of the clients that I assist throughout my workday
Incredibly useful, a few quirks that could use improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The similarity and compatibility to Word/Excel.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tendency to switch from whatever mode you're viewing, like Attachments or History. The tendency to lose the ability to attach backup while doing Markup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing more than one user to work on the final document is a huge benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer support responsiveness is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a lot of front end work and programming. Can be slightly user-unfriendly if you don't have a strong tech understanding.
