What do you like best about the product?
The workiva software allows several people to work on the same document and to make links between pages and documents so that the information is consistent. Once the implementation is complete, we should save time in producing the financial statements.o pro
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features and format of Excel are not supported.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistency between reports and automated changes on multiple documents help us a lot, especially for last minute changes.

It can be really helpful for observing the real-time status of certain workstreams.

There are times when it logs out after just a few minutes of inactivity.

Workiva solves issues regarding large-sized files loading faster
We have had a positive experience and Workiva's tech support is great.

The platform is very user friendly to use.

Sometimes I struggle when trying to format a document. But I then end up reaching out to their support team who is amazing and help me through any issues I might have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva has been making some great changes on the formatting side.
Somewhat overwhelming to navigate all of the many functionalities without a personalized guide
What do you like best about the product?
That we are in control of all edits and can efficiently manage our filing process
What do you dislike about the product?
That we do not have a dedicated service rep to help with formatting, last minute filing checklist and scheduled filings
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to manage the SOX controls process around our Q and K filings allowing us to be more effective and allows to link our filings to our earnings release

Try to maximize as many functionalities as you can to justify the price of the tool

The software is great. It is very user friendly and makes my SEC reporting a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any software there are certain features that could use updating. Workiva is very receptive and quick to make updates.

What do you like best about the product?
continuous improvement and new features; they listen to the pain points of customers and build on those and that's why their new features are spot on!
What do you dislike about the product?
complete self service.... it would be nice to have an option to have some help, similar to how RRD does it especially for formatting or other non-technical issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation and data accuracy... both are key for SEC/external reporting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely worth it!
Workiva is an easy to use platform that enables efficiencies in our reporting process.

Great technology and constantly taking customer feedback to improve the platform.

Nothing at this time. We have been longtime Workiva users.

SEC financial reporting and XBRL full service.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about the tool is that everything is linked, it saves time and there's less risk of errors! Also, the support team is very quick and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are fewer features than the Microsoft suite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the quarter reporting, all the documents are linked into one document, which means where there are changes, everything gets easily updated.

Efficient and reliable preparation of financial statements.
What do you like best about the product?
Linking to underlying data / general ledger and cross-referencing numbers. Also, live documents for auditors to review and comment upon.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have requested changes to access/view rights to allow auditors to see only specific comments and to leave suggested edits that need to be accepted to clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple people in a document at once and linking to underlying data saves time, resources and reduces headcount needs.
