Workiva is excellent and super easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Love all the linking and connecting features while not loosing the functionality of other tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Etc. Also, our CSM Morgan, is awesome anytime we every need anything she is always able to assist!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a few additional things that would be nice to link in the database but honestly, it is not make or break and the product is still awesome!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our team Workiva serves as a database for all of our SOX project managent functions (e.g. controls database, flowcharts, etc.)
Workiva is a very intuititive and useful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Workiva is easy to use and implement and integrate into our current systems. In my experience, customer support has been very helpful and quick to respond to any issues as they arise. Workiva has made our reporting process quicker and more efficient with internal linking features. All in all, I have loved using workiva and it has been a great tool for our quarterly financial reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside so far of workiva is the lack of ability to use excel documents. When transitioning, there was a bit of a lift to get our excel support workbooks into the proprietary SS formats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva has helped us easily file quarterly reports and go through our quartlery reviews and anunal audits.
AWESOME platform and great service
What do you like best about the product?
It is intuitive, functional, easy to learn, and easy to teach. It has helped us take our SOX PMO to the next level with greater efficiencies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any major complaints. Occassionally, it lags, but that is NOT often.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly it is generally. It's fairly intuitive and the support is great if I can't find what I'm looking for. I love the 24/7 support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some desired settings still unavailable but Workiva seems open to product ideas!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love how easy it is to create templates for various regulatory reporting that we have and the roll forward process makes things super easy. Linking data to data sheets helps save a lot of time throughout the close/reporting process.
Productivity was unlocked using Workiva compared to my previous platform.

The ability to use centralized data linking to and from different documents and the ability to consolidate and distribute review(s) of documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
The spreadsheets don't have as much functionalities as Excel. Other features are not available in the document that exist in Word.

There are now a lot more USA users of the platform and we are able to easily transition our clients into using the platform to it's fullest!
