Workiva is very user friendly and easy to use.

As I appreciate Excel very much, I would wish for the spreadsheet to give the same opportunity of creating tables, etc. as Excel does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva supports to ensure completeness when working on the financial reporting with the linking options.
Informative and worthwhile and sure will recommend it to anyone.

That it make the production move faster and a lot more easier for everyone working on the platform

Nothing it is an amazing programme to work on.

That all content and design is in one place for all to see and verify.

The client training is not always enough and they require the agency to do a lot while not always being willing to pay for the help.

By having all data and content in Workiva and having the data tagged allows for a streamlined production process.

The lack of users taking the time to work correctly on the platform. Perhaps needing to go back to more upfront personal training

What do you like best about the product?
The collaborative nature and platform set up of the different modules allows for seamless integration of Integrated reporting and controls. The one source of the truth in the platform is also key in achieving compliance with reporting and being able to manage the business to make strategic decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not a consolidation systems so for these functionalities you need to get supporting technologies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating throughout the organisation with one source of the truth.
Efficiency through integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like that multiple parties can work on the same documents at the same time. For example, designers can already start designing the document without the final numbers being there, this really saves on throughput time. Next to that, the automated data flows allow for efficient and error-free reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The speed of the platform sometimes negatively affects the user experience, especially compared to working in offline documents in Microsoft Word or Excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of people only be able to start their tasks when other teams are finished. Everyone can work on the same document at the same time and that makes it way easier to meet our deadlines.

Sometimes it takes a while to provision access and refresh the browser

What do you like best about the product?
Very intuititive and easy to adopt. Support collaboration and reduces time in reporting effectively. Easy to inplement and great for customisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Release process for new fixes in assets and New feature is not that seamless. Some times it seems New asset version are Release without implementstion partners knowing of it well in advance.

Data accuracy and quality issue. Communication with Audit.
