What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create custom reports around my risk and controls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The formulas within the platform itself are limited.

Workiva is benefiting our GRC team.

What do you like best about the product?
Collaborating in real time across the whole organization, but in a safe and organized way. It helps different teams to achieve higher level of performance as they work close together and eliminate a lot of the back and forth with emails and. file sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. After you sign up for your desired solution, it delivers results amazingly fast
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removing silos, enabling teams to review and improve processes, provides a complete audit trail for governance and being web-based, it allows for any type of work type to perform as the others

It requires a constant internet connection.

Collaboration in large documents. Also helps manage tasks and access for multiple teams.

Ability to link to spreadsheets and remove manual uodates. Also like that it is intuitive and user friendly.

Linking each number however learned recently we’ll be able to range link.

we're not using it for support for the SEC filings - would be good if we could have it all in one place

Workiva has the best financial reporting solutions
What do you like best about the product?
The Workiva SEC Reporting solution is very useful such that it’s a collaborative tool that enables cross functional team alignment.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some minor inconveniences, which I am hopeful that the Workiva team is working on to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva makes the reporting role easier by having black lines, track changes, attachments and unlimited users.
I think Workiva does a great job as a tool for financial reporting.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how user-friendly the system is and how it is constantly improving. Customer support is very helpful and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are certain areas where there could be improvements for ease of operating. Customer service can only be as helpful as the system itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps my company prepare and file our financial statements. It is very user-friendly in terms of SEC filings. We also use Workiva for the SEC certification process.

I like the inter connectivity with teammates.

I wish there were more features available for Financial Reporting.
