Great collaboration tool but module model frustrating

workflow capabilities, poor reporting, Pricing model . You have to pay for every add on

Absolute Game Changer - SO Powerful
What do you like best about the product?
The Power of Workiva is endless! Being able to have a single source of data that is shared across multiple business functions and overall enterprise is absolutely changing the way we view risk, financial reporting, and ESG reporting. We are able to see where we need to pivot, invest, or increase. We are getting real time information too make more informed decisions and truly impacting and influencing the operating methodologies practiced. Having a Real PERSON support to call to help guide us when we have questions or issues is amazing. This is a user friendly, almost intrinsic ability to perform work and report on processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to see more automated integrations and ability to build partnerships with other technologies to share even more data.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to connect data and update reports at the touch of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
The microsoft like apps. It can be difficult to replicate exisiting things in excel or Word in Workiva.

Ease of requests, easy tracking of status of controls

Lots of potential for saving time, energy, and making a positive impact.
What do you dislike about the product?
Custom builds refer to products or solutions that are specifically designed and tailored to meet the unique requirements of a particular user or organization. These are often created from scratch or heavily modified from existing products to fit specific needs. On the other hand, off-the-shelf availability refers to products that are readily available for purchase and use without any customization. These products are mass-produced and designed to meet the general needs of a wide range of users.

What do you like best about the product?
I think that Workiva offers a lot of opportunities to streamline knowledge management and to make automation accessible for our staff who don't necessarily have a coding background. Really excited to see if there are additional non-financial reporting needs for which it can be used.

I think that there are some opportunities for increased functionality as it relates to ERPs to further streamline year end financial reporting.

We are currently using it to streamline the production of our year-end financial reporting and to increase coordination throughout the organization.

I love that you can load data and not have to lift a finger after that on presentations and reports.

The problem I've found is initial set up can be time consuming and require re work.
