What do you like best about the product?
Sydle one can be highly customizable, being adaptive for the business
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacks frameworks that will allow you to just implement the solution in the company using the best practices in the market for a big environment

Sydle is capable of managing the internal process in a customizable way, where you can adjust the tool for the business itself.

SYDLE ONE improves enterprise business process orientation

What do you like best about the product?
I believe the platform enables end-users to understand and improve many of its flows; the interface is user-friendly, it brings flexibility to create, test, and re-use flows, easy to connect with other corporate applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires time for the user to obtain the most of the platform, but it's connected to the cultural shift more than the technicity itself. For the first time, it doesn't sound easy if the end-user is not well educated on BPM or process-oriented. However, as the flows are created and optimized, the perception starts to change and have more engagement.,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly the network rollout and payment control on third parties, connecting different process contributors as the ONE workflow are robust. The control over the main flows has increased.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
On top of the software, SYDLE has excellent knowledge of Process Management.

COMPREHENSIVE AND INTUITIVE PLATFORM

What do you like best about the product?
Developing complex and dynamic business processes on SYDLE ONE is easy, and the platform is very comprehensive. Besides the BPM and ECM solutions that have allowed us to automate processes and structure data, Analytics is a great feature and has been really helping our teams in tracking KPIs. We used to have some manual work, but now I can say that everything is quite automated because of SYDLE ONE. Their support team is also always available to help with any issues, and learning how to use the platform is an intuitive and fun process.
What do you dislike about the product?
We really can’t find any features of the platform that we don't like so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In addition to using SYDLE ONE for all of our company's business processes, we have a partnership with SYDLE that allows us to use SYDLE ONE in our projects, delivering the platform to our customers. The platform is also proving to be very versatile as a tool for low-code development since it offers so many tools for processes, data analytics, and APIs, letting us focus on our customers’ particular needs and so accelerating project delivery.

AUTOMATION WILL CHANGE YOUR COMPANY

What do you like best about the product?
Our business requires a lot of communication, and we use SYDLE ONE mainly for service via chatbot and WhatsApp which, combined with the 360-degree view of customers that the platform provides, serves us very well. SYDLE ONE is also responsive, so we can all use it on our laptops, tablets, and even our phones. That’s very helpful when we need to do something but we’re not in the office. Additionally, the platform’s data analytics allows us to have more control over the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we have had no issues with the platform, and the support team has been very responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before migrating to SYDLE ONE, we were having a hard time finding a really modern and dynamic CRM that would meet all our business needs. We tried some other solutions, but we had several issues, like low availability, limited functionality, and lack of integration. With SYDLE ONE, we solved all of these problems, and we finally managed to find a CRM solution that is truly omnichannel and flexible, as our business requires.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give a digital platform like SYDLE ONE that solves problems through automation a shot. Customizations that used to have a high cost and take a lot of time in our legacy ERP are way more agile and affordable in SYDLE ONE. Our own team is now able to create new process versions and deploy them in production.

A PLATFORM THAT SOLVED MANY ISSUES

What do you like best about the product?
SYDLE ONE is a complete digital platform that provides multiple solutions, covering our business end to end. It’s an excellent tool for mid-sized and large businesses because it integrates the whole company. Having more than one team working on the same platform in an organized and easy way has considerably boosted our work and, as different teams in our company all use the same platform, we have all our information gathered in the same place. In short, it is as powerful as an ERP system, while being much more flexible and affordable.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't had any problems with the platform. Some features could be upgraded, such as customizing some form layouts, but the company is constantly working on new releases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the E-commerce solution to sell our plans, Billing to automate our billing cycle, one Service Portal for our customers and another for affiliates, CRM to offer omnichannel service, and BPMS for all our business processes. All that is in a single tool, in fully integrated and transparent form. Before, we used to have a lot of applications, and the data used to be scattered and repeated. SYDLE ONE has helped us reduce our costs while saving time and energy by taking advantage of everything it has to offer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are unsure if SYDLE ONE will solve your problem, ask them for a proof of concept (PoC) to see how the platform can fulfill your specific needs. As the platform covers a lot of ground with its different solutions, we weren’t quite sure how it would work for our business. They provided a free PoC in a short time and answered all our questions constructively.
