Good Recurring billing software
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility in configuration & Integration and focused area of business in terms of recurring billing
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting its partners & resources is difficult
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It benefits majorly to businesses which are in need of recurring billing ( Subscription charges). It reduces efforts for long term contracts and billing reminders
Zuora for Straigh Through Processing
What do you like best about the product?
Its one of the best suited for Straight Through Processing, Simplified processes and with simple list of Products / Services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow response on tickets raised, difficulty in integration of upstream and downstream softwares
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Best suited for a medium to small scale firm where every thing is straighforward. Best features is the ease of creation of Invoices, tracking of renewals and Credit and Debit memos.
Enhance acknowledgement of Zuora.
What do you like best about the product?
On using zuora software, I feel it's the most user-friendly, it also has templates that we can customize easily as per client requirements, and it generates automatic billing whenever we hit an order.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is complex when we use the application, especially with limited technical expertise. And also, the community forum of yours I feel its weak in the user interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used Zuora to track my bill. If you do not have any technical knowledge, then also you can easily understand and operate this tool, its provide automation and also we can use its payment. It's so secure. Also there are many templates we can use for management, in zuora we can easily create our rule and implement .
Zuora is software platform that i interact with on daily basis for day to day business activity
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use. Even if we don't have technical knowledge, we can efficiently operate the payment and billing system and also merge with the many helpful platforms like PayPal, so all benefits are in one platform .and also I worked with iFrame of the zuora so its relatively easy to operate with it
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no such point in disliking Zuora but i would like to suggest that we can do more work on the automation part of Zuora, and also we need to give some customization options for the user

Previously we used the same old structure for the billing. There is no variety, but Zuora give us different variation for payment modal; we can easily manage and operate, Zuora has very good matrix, and its provide the option for customizable billing

The customer database is fine, and the information is very accurate. Is a very good tool for monthly subscriptions business

Our business model was based on SASS annual revenue, and the idea of Zuora is based on a monthly subscription model, this was not fit very much and we can't modify it for annual revenue.
The subscription feature was based on a daily rate x month. And did not contemplate the annual model. so we can't modify the subscriptions according to this. Sometimes we had annual amounts, different than the contract amount.

Zuora offered us a concept that helped us to change our business model, from bookings to SASS. Also, we could anticipate our renewals and make accurate reports

Is a very good tool for SASS business based on monthly subscriptions, like Spotify or Netflix

I felt some difficulty while building reports from different data sources

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very simple & easy to user billing Software. I have used lots of the similar softwares, but this one's is the best till now, it just ease my business billing process. I can everything at one place.

I don't have anything to dislike about it.

It is easiers for my company to manage subscription order-to-cash process, subscriber relationships, and keep up with fast-changing go-to-market strategies. it is just dynamic & single platform.

Poor User Interface. Loat Time is very slow.

The entire Quote-to-Cash process is benefitted by Zuora. We also track subscriptions in a better way via Zuora.
