What do you like best about the product?
Various Data sources for sourcing logs. Good UX
What do you dislike about the product?
Many a times my errors logs get bucketted into debug logs, even when log messages have error keyword and known errors like null pointer

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of adding filters based log content, easy indexed search, and easy-to-do grouping operations to identify different kinds of errors for a service
What do you dislike about the product?
the archival search option sometimes misses out on some results, you have to narrow down on the time window.

Experience During the Integration Process of BFI with Coralogix

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked during the integration was having several backup engineers, and I really appreciated Sri Ram Jha for his patience and good responsiveness in handling our requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
It might be necessary to add more engineers, so that 2 engineers handle 1 customer. This way, if one is sick or unavailable, there is a backup engineer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yesterday, we experienced an issue with our server that prevented Docker from sending logs from on-premises to Coralogix. However, Sri used a different log collector for this and has been successful so far.

What do you like best about the product?
Support availability, Simplicity, Easy to integrate, Used on a daily basis, Helpfull and awsome staff, Pricing.

None that i saw so far and we have been integrating new features for over 2 years now.

instead of jumping between multiple tools and the headace of integrating them, you have 1 solution for all your needs

What do you like best about the product?
Besides the fact this is a stable solution with a very friendly interface, Corarolgix has a very responsive support team which till now managed to assist with every issue I faced.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't notice any downsides so far. Very friendly and responsive company.

Easy and clear to use, nevigation for debugging is easy and very helpful

Some of the dashboard of features are very basic. Also I would like to see ai more involved

When we need to investigate some problem in Airflow, we look in the logs and find the issues
