Great questionnaire tool and great service

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of the template build-outs and quick response time from the service team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are not yet available such as the ability for assignees to review the draft answers of people within their organization, however this is in the process of being remedied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wirewheel helps our program conduct privacy assessments and questionnaires, making it easy for our participants to answer and reassign questions.

What do you like best about the product?
Wirewheel has great out of the box software. But my favorite thing about WireWheel is their willingness to work with me to achieve specific privacy compliance goals that are beyond the OOB functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the evolving regulatory landscape, it's difficult to stay on top of every new requirement in real time. Wirewheel does a pretty good job of staying current with legal developments, but sometimes I find myself needing to ask them to customize the tool to accommodate what I think new law requires.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm primarily using Wirewheel for 3 purpose: (1) a public-facing trust center that houses documents I want to disclose to customers. (2) a privacy impact assessment tool (where I utilize multiple PIAs for various purposes - internal and external), and (3) processing and tracking individual rights requests.

What do you like best about the product?
The people are WireWheel are definitely what make it great. Everyone from the sales and project management teams, to the engineering teams. They all deeply care about the product and customers, and care about ensuring it works as intended and that the customers' needs are able to be met.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system seems geared towards a smaller type of organization. The tool can be slow at times, and a little buggy. The upshot is that their teams are incredibly responsive whenever there is the slightest issue, and have always come through with a solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WireWheel is solving the issue of allowing us to document our records of processing assessments on a global and company wide scale. We have been about to completely custom build the ROPA questionnaire that we needed based on global regulatory requirements across multiple business units and areas of focus.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
WireWheel is a growing business and their technology is getting better by the day. They are priced competitively, and they are definitely worth it. Their support is second to none, and while it may take a little longer to build out the template or customize what you are looking to do, if you are patient, you will get the results you are looking for. I think they are perfectly situated for small to medium sized shops at the moment, and are getting to the point where they can handle larger sized shops.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform has been excellent and easy to change to support DSAR requests. The WIreWheel team has been an invaluable partner. Very easy to work with and very responsive to requests and issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about the tool. All functionality works properly. I feel that the reporting capability should be updated. Reporting and Dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the WireWheel platform to manage our DSAR requests. The platform is easy to use and easy to update. It has allowed the Privacy Office to efficiently and simply fulfill DSAR requests.

What do you like best about the product?
The support they assist to alleviate and address any issues. In addition, they're proactive and keep us informed ahead of time about new regulations coming down the pipe to prepare for and help through that process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product itself has some usability challenges for the day-to-day rep that is handling data requests. It's a combination of poor information organization (eg - why is the email address located somewhere separated from all other data to satisfy a data request) and unclear intent to what consequences of making changes do. Working with our CSM also shows how challenging it can be to use the administrative parts of the portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WireWheel helps us stay compliance with data privacy regulations in the United States. The speed in which we were able to get up and running has been invaluable.

What do you like best about the product?
Wirewheel has been very flexible with helping us implement a privacy solution on Shoes.com in a short time. We needed to migrate to a new data privacy platform, and Wirewheel jumped in without hesitation and has been a great partner throughout the integration. They are great partners willing to go the extra mile when we have any questions or concerns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since we have a smaller team working on CCPA, we need guidance on rules and regulations as they're introduced, including when they go into effect, how it affects our current integration, and how we can integrate/upgrade our existing platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've implemented an end-to-end data privacy solution that will help us to automate privacy requests in the future and account for customer data in all of our systems.

What do you like best about the product?
Operationalizing what would usually be a set of tasks with oversight by legal teams. WireWheel allows for our central operation team to handle oversight with minimal colleagues needed.

The platform was also easily scalable across many different products/divisions that I oversee. What was extremely important was the different regions and the location of the user base. This allow us to tailor specific "Trust Centers" for specific products.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be room for real time updates and information about global privacy regulation.

If I do not have a immense amount of privacy requests there is really no reason for me to login and try to engage with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A workflow that allows us to have real answers and processes if we had to engage with a regulator. We have gained extreme insight into the possible pitfalls of privacy regulation and how to handle those problem areas.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
No brainer if you have limited time and resources.

It would be helpful if it were somewhat more user interactive and allowing for customization.

Being able to use the portal to track and maintain a workflow schedule is very useful.

Try it; you will be pleasantly surprised at its ease of use and organizational ability.

What do you like best about the product?
The communication and the involvement of the staff at WireWheel is exceptional . The Enterprise Customer Success Manager really care about making it a smooth transition and making the user feel at ease about the software
What do you dislike about the product?
Like most companies when things are new it takes some getting use to in the beginning. So while technology is ever growing, WireWheel is the same. So there are some features that may be needed at a site that are not available and takes some time so I think where some may see it as a major dislike, I see it more as growing pains.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of the problems that I am solving with WireWheel were with automation and templates and deletion of unused templates.
