What do you like best about the product?
Moengage provides user segmentation, by using this we can engage customer from multiple channels, we can analyse the customer data for further steps for marketing, it is easy to use for anyone more over the CSM is also good, we are using it on daily bases.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is little difficult to implement and comapared to other tools it is little expencive for small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using the customer behaviour data, we can target customers by sending notifications and mails, we can create cusmized dashboards to analyze the large amount of data.
