What do you like best about the product?
Im closley working with key metrics and analysing Daily Active, Analysing Customer behaviour, for this task MoEngage plays a major role personalized marketing through multi channel enagagment
What do you dislike about the product?
I Really don't have any dislike about MoEngage we can utlize this tool to get the maximum out of it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It tracks the sessions made by the users and we can see the sessions about customer journey it makes us to get a personalized marketing and enagement with the users and it is really helping us to drive business to growth

What do you like best about the product?
This is very good platform. It is very useful for business. It allows handling emails and pushing the notifications. It is a good experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacking in the live feature and there are limited elements

What do you like best about the product?
The scope & capabilities of analytics on the engagement data.

The team is slightly less proactive when it comes to proposing a different subscription plan based on change in business scale.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using MoEnagage For past 6 months, I would say that the best use case of MoEnagage is it has Multi - Channel engagement with customer which helps us to target the customers and engage them in each and every possible way. By using MoEngage both transactional and promotional campaigns can be automated and it can be integrated in multi-channel, some of the feature like DPM, RFM, Smart Recommendations, Affinity Recommendations plays a major role in retention of customers
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t consider there to be any real dislikes about MoEngage, Its a power engagement packed tool which makes helps in marketting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem MoEngage is helping us to solve is manging and automating the both promotional and transactional emails. it helps us to easily segment the customer based on the behaviour and preferences and allowing us to send highly targeted promotional emails.
