- excellent after-sales/customer service. the assigned account managers have been very helpful in answering all our queries
- monthly/quarterly reviews helps to give us a sense of how our emails have been performing versus other industry or global standards

What do you like best about the product?
1. Custom Segmentation & Personalization - Using MoEngage’s customer segment, I can collate and analyze customer data. This helped me and my team curate and personalize the user experience by matching the customer demand to the available property.
2. User Paths - We love MoEngage’s User Path Analysis in the form of purchase path and uninstall path analysis to understand steps taken by a user before making a purchase and the pattern of users who uninstall the app respectively.
3. One dashboard for analytics and engagement - We can use the data insights and engage with our customers across channels such as push notification, email, and in-app push.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. We are seeing huge improvements in the engagement rate (60% Boost) after onboarding MoEngage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a basic engagement strategy that they were running using a marketing automation platform. However, this platform had its limitation due to which the brand observed different shortcomings. After switching to MoEngage we were able to:
Increase conversions by offering more personalized communication
Grow user engagement by connecting all engagement channels
Boost DAUs/MAUs by improving user engagement

Go ahead, Moenage will be your good choice as mine.

What do you like best about the product?
Moengage allows the company to improve communication with customers through a prior analysis of their behavior, this gives us the opportunity to improve the customer experience in order to retain it. It also contains very versatile tools with easy handling. We feel comfortable using Moengage, we carry out a clean and organized customer segmentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our established objectives have been met, our experience has been gratifying for the entire work team, however the support is a bit slow, if this improves the platform could be much better. When compared to other software, moengage is one notch above.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use moengage in our company to improve our communication with clients, we also carry out a personalized segmentation created by user attributes and their behavior and then customize campaigns at scale. our marketing department has a more fluid work and increased its performance. The campaigns we carry out through e-mail allow us to obtain a greater reach of clients, we optimize our time and simplify work. We have had exponential growth, thanks to the good results obtained with this platform, without a doubt it was the best choice. It is easy to use, it is fully scalable, and its tools and functions allow for a fluidity of work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a very good option for companies, you will have exponential growth thanks to the tools and functions that provide a more simplified and fluid work, in addition to optimizing the time of the entire team. You will have a greater acquisition of potential customers through personalized campaigns. You will send the appropriate information to each client since you will also have an analysis of all their behavior. We totally recommend it.

What do you like best about the product?
Moengage provides companies with the analysis of the behavior of each customer, to understand them in a better way to retain them and delight them with the right information. You can establish personalized communication with each client on the web, on your mobile and by email. Its interface is simple and allows you to navigate without problems, it is easy to configure, we must also highlight the easy way to create campaigns thanks to the A / B tests that you can perform before and thus not have problems of duplicating the existing variation . You save time and give your entire team work fluency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our experience has been very good reaching objectives in a very short time, however the templates provided by the platform seem limited to us, they should provide a greater number of templates to have better performance and productivity. It is not a bad platform but it could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly use moengage to attract and retain our clients and users in general. The tools and functions they provide us are comprehensive and easy to use. We have achieved goals set in a short time and significant increases in sales thanks to the scope that we now generate with the creation of marketing campaigns. We must highlight the moengage customer service team, who are always willing to help solve any questions or problems so that you have the best quality of service. Previously we implemented other more expensive software but the truth is that the performance, productivity and efficiency that we obtain with moengage is unmatched, it is above many. We are happy with the results.

Any company can use moengage, you will have the ability to understand your customers and through marketing campaigns send the appropriate information to keep them interested in your products or services. You will also be able to have a greater reach of clients, save time and give your team work fluidity. The tools and functions are easy to use, in a short time you will know what their use is. What do you like best about the product?
The delivery rate of the campaigns is great. The personalization options in every campaign help improve user engagement. Mo-engage is a recommended tool to improve the delivery/impressions of your app notifications. The new upgrade is really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some bugs in designing the OSM. Multivariate testing is also not available with OSM. Waiting for new upgrades for OSM campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Delivery of emails has improved
-Delivery of app push has improved
-Customization option along with a fallback feature is very helpful
-Customization available in almost all the campaigns
-Flows and Smart triggers definitely help in increasing user engagement

If you're looking for a tool to increase your app engagement, I would definitely recommend Mo-engage

What do you like best about the product?
The platform provides an all in one solution for campaign automation across almost all CRM channels. The interface is quite user friendly and easy to work with.

Monitoring systems could be put in place wherein an issue is highlighted by the platform to the user as soon as it occurs.
