Good experience with Pimbery
What do you like best about the product?
Good experience with Pimbery, always happy to help whenever needed. The PIM is brilliant and can be moulded to do more than first imagined, great features with the ability to build. The implimentation of pim was relatively straight forward and the intergration was fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
The PIM does have restrictions and is more of a generalised specialist data store rather than a bespoke system for certain needs. Although implimenting the pim was straight forward, due to the nature of how we use pim it is taking a while to get everything set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Classification/Enriching data/audit trails/master data warehouse
Efficient and User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The team has quickly gotten used to Pimberly and finds it easy to use. Having all our product data in one place makes it simple to generate reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that could be improved is the first time user experience, as it can be unclear where to go and what each feature does. A simple user guide with basic instructions would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pimberly is helping us, as a team, by reducing the error rating when creating new products and this is saving time, which is freeing people to do more givernance upfront to ensure the product data going into PIM is accurate.
My experience of using Pimberly is it is very useful for me.
What do you like best about the product?
All information i need to look at the different products we do as well as have images of the products when i need to see the product we don't have any in stock.
What do you dislike about the product?
My experience so far has been good so i don't have any dislikes so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Updating product descriptions which are incorrect or missing and updating barcodes that are missing or new.

Pimberly's support team stands out as the most effective and efficient I have used to far in the SaaS ecosystem.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit tricky and time-consuming to get the grip on the nuances as a user.

For an organization with a wide range of SKUs and collections, Pimberly helps with organizing how we manage information feeds to channels
Peace of Mind
What do you like best about the product?
Peace of Mind. We have integrated pimberly with other down stream applications. We applied restrictions in pimberly and always get complete dataset in downstream applications no need to recheck or validate again.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frankly i didn't find one. Happy with the product till now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need our catalog in our multiple applications like ERPs , Ecom application etc, with pimberly at one place handling our master catalog, we don't have to do anything in remaining downstream applications

Makes info transfer user friendly and quick to upload for my webstore.

Could have a cleaner look. Easier for the user to explore and use.

Connecting issues to Big Commerce. Product and ID data not transferring correctly.
Great For Innovating & Simplifying eCommerce
What do you like best about the product?
Pimberly allows a seamless, easy transition from other applications into theirs, making the adjustment period much shorter for those transitioning into learning the Pimberly application. The mass editing of products and approval system makes it easy for anybody listing products to make changes in one fell swoop and for managers of those departments to ensure quality control is met before products go live. Customer service support from Pimberly is always fast and easy, with solutions for any problem that may arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some import hiccups when used with other applications like BigCommerce. Some products get imported incorrectly whether it be photos not being imported over, the text in the descriptions being messed up, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving a mass editing issue as well as simplifying the listing process of eCommerce. It allows a much more functional and easy import into other applications to log such as NetSuite and BigCommerce, leading to a faster implentation of those products onto the website.

Simple and Straightforward
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of access and the simplicity of the UI.

Just a small nitpick, but I think running scripts could be a little more streamlined.

It's a much faster UI and there are no load times. Everything is done instantly.
