Exceptional Platform and Outstanding Partnership with Pimberly!
What do you like best about the product?
Working with Pimberly has been a fantastic experience! The platform has brought real value to our business, and their team’s support has been exceptional. A special shoutout to Remu, who was an amazing host when we visited – going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensuring we had everything we needed. Pimberly truly understands partnership, and we look forward to many more successful projects together!

Nothing - I really like the Software and the people at Pimberly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a tech partner with PIM tool and Pimberly is great.
Amazing Customer Support and Great System
What do you like best about the product?
Great Customer support which helps when we do run into questions about the software. Overall the software is great in helping with product listings, life cycle and optimizations. Building out of the software and integrating it into our site was fully supported as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI product description assistant could be better, open AI is quite good at this it might worth integrating into pimberly in the future.
Pimberly can be quite technical as well so training for it does take longer with product listings than other softwares.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Essentially as the ecommerce manager it really helped solve the listing cycle of new items. Our products are very technical so they have to be reviewed by product, technical support, and marketing before going live. Pimberly has really helped simplify this proccess.

- The Pimberly team supporting the system. From initial enquiry of the software right the way through to implementation, the team are always on hand and really engaged in understanding us as a business.

What do you dislike about the product?
Whilst the software has an integrated DAM system, it is not as feature rich as many dedicated DAM systems out on the market today.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Single source of truth for all product information
- Data cleansing across multiple business entities

Simple to manage products and customizable to suit your needs
What do you like best about the product?
Customer Services are always quick to respond and help with any question. They always quickly and efficiently resolve any issues we have had and take on board any reviews/requests for the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the automation in Channels is not always easy to use. You need to understand the process of Workflows and automations or go through these with your representative. It isn't easy if you haven't already been shown how.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pimberly is managing our product catalog for multiple sites and marketplaces and for various locales. We have been able to house a lot of product information outside of the basic product data that has allowed us to manage a lot more aspects without the need for Web Developer assistance. Pimberly are helping us expand this tool from the ecommerce team to wider parts of the business, making it streamline and easy to use.
Strong product management tool but still lacking in AI features
What do you like best about the product?
Product management at scale - bulk updates to products and the ability to automate information flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Dam is very basic for images - search function for images is limited along with the layout, should be able to filter or sort by date > sorting feature across the whole platform would be a huge time saver (I know this is being looked at)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to solve mutliple fascias in the business sharing products but with different copy and enrichment requirements for each fascia. It also gives us the flexibility to create and manage our own facet structures

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, image quality is good, lots of very helpful features, customer support very proactive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very slow, can sometimes pull up incorrect images, although easy to use, I feel like it could still be slightly easier (along the lines of shopify).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration from Pim to web is incredibly easy, and it keeps a solid record of the process so easy to solve problems when communication with other teams about where products are in the process.
Usage of Pimberly
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly and easy to use to export simple data. I use it on a daily basis to provide quick and easy info which I can use in data anaylsis of product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it difficult to trouble shoot - as in, I can't understand why some things will export in a way but others won't. I find it user friendly for simpler things but any more depth a bit harder. I also don't know who to contact about my issues or if there is customer support available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is exporting data easy for me to send to our partners, to inform myself of product and to provide quick answers via exports of info I need to know fast which makes my day to day faster.
Fast and Easy Catalogue Upload
What do you like best about the product?
For my role, I find it incredably easy to use when uploading our entire, selection or even specific brands accross multiple sales channels including websites and marketplaces. It is a daily use with my role and the speed of file exported even if extreamly large is fast and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like if a more user friendly file export was available, for example I just want to export a handful of SKUs dimension information but having to go and create a new report everytime can be tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Listing our vast cataloge of over 7000 SKUs accross multiple sites and marketplaces.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s very easy to use, with an intuitive interface. It makes organising products simple and lets you keep track of your product uploads from start to finish. Customer support is also very helpful and quick to resolve any issues that come up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes integration can be challenging, especially when you’re trying to use it across multiple sites. In those cases, getting everything to work smoothly can take extra effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us monitor the quality of our listings, making sure attribution is correct throughout the lifecycle before anything goes live. It also lets us grade the products we upload, giving us a clear baseline for what a quality listing should look like.
Very easy team too work with who have a common detailed knowledge and passion for the system.

At this stage, nothing to report. The Pimeberley team are very open to feedback and can demonstrate where customer insight has already been used to improve the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Control of product data. Implementation of the requirements of the Building Safety Act. Control of product data access. Potential to hold BOM and pricing data. Transfer of product catalogues to our Builder Merchant customers.
