Efficient Product Management with Minor Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I find Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM easy to use and configure, which is great because we are always changing the type of information or attributes we want to hold against our products. It provides one source of truth for product information and documentation. The channels offered by Pimberly give us good ways to group products for our external systems and allow us to effectively manage our various operating companies. Sending product info to our websites becomes easy with Pimberly. The setup took a while but was relatively straightforward, and we had good support, which helped a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
We often find that mass updates can take a long time to process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM for having one source of truth for product info, easily sending product data to websites, modifying product attributes quickly, and grouping products effectively for external systems.
Using PIM to facilitate compliance in the construction industry
What do you like best about the product?
The overall control we have over the process and the ability of PIM to incorporate amendments to the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit long winded to attach document to a product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PIM allows us to quickly determine which suppliers have provided incomplete information which has increased our efficiency and allows us to maintian good relationships with our suppliers

Very basic and uncomplicated it does the job

Probably I would say the interface looks very old fashioned

The connection between Pimberly is not the best

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Pimberly is easy to navigate and use, as well as having a multiple of tools to quicken daily tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more options to include measurements for products
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing measurements for products, creating links for images to upload to my platform and directory of images for each product.
Seamless and Extremely Helpful
What do you like best about the product?
It has helped with our business processes and kept everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using pimberly for over 3 months now and havent come across any issues as of yet, so very pleased.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The advanced pull through of updated product data to multiple channels at once.
Not intutuitive
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to export and import in a CVS file. This makes it easy to manage large amounts of data and it means that my original data can be in the correct format to load into Pimberly. It also means it can be easily validated using Excel.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hard to use interface and filter options. I do not find this software intuitive to use at all. The filter does not always return what I think it will return and I have had to find the information manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any issues I have come across have been actioned quickly so I cannot complain. I am using Pimberly to collate information on our own branded products to generate price lists, manuals and marketing material. This allows everything to be updated automatically and ensures the information is correct at point of publication. It will also futureproof any changes

The ability, range and coverage this PIM system has is fantastic! We have been able to utilise Pimberley in so many beneifical ways.

That I didnt know about it sooner, its great!

Access to easy management, the interface and functions it has makes it effortless.
An excellent tool which can be flexed for specific business needs with skilled & friendly team.

How the system manages the product set up and lifecycle. Also haveing an on hand team to help with any technical queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system can get complex once tailored to the specific needs of the business, meaning when the is an problem it can be quite time consuming to figure out what the problem is.

Consistancy of data on the website and managing the extensive product attributes
Brilliant Pim System With Phenomenal Support
What do you like best about the product?
Export and import data from or to a variety of sources. Dynamic workflows allow for an automated saturation of data. Customer support is brilliant with even better response times on support tickets.
What do you dislike about the product?
API is not as feature-rich as we would have liked it to be. Shared infrastructure can cause slowdowns which have effected some operations. Exporting large amounts of data can take a long time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing for better visibility of the saturation of our data and being able to correct data issues quickly or automatically. This is a huge benefit as a time-saving measure and allows for our product to be better for our customers. Automation of data export and import via multiple different technologies and formats.

Pimberly enables us to centralise our data, facilitating the editing and enhancement of product information in one place. This empowers any team member to access the data and publish it across various platforms as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's little to dislike about it as long as it performs as expected and fulfills all our requirements.

Pimberly enables us to centralise our data, facilitating the editing and enhancement of product information in one place. This empowers any team member to access the data and publish it across various platforms as needed. We could not do this before previously using multiple systems to stitch products together.
