Very competitive solution in terms of price, but without a network of partners/vendors for its implementation.
What do you like best about the product?
We are using the catalog management functionality of Pimberly's PIM to start building some product catalogs and price lists from it. So far, the experience is quite satisfactory, and it gives us more internal autonomy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The options/features of the DAM are still not optimal for our current needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The PIM from PIMBERLY helps you have a single source of truth for all the information related to your organization's products. It facilitates the enrichment workflow and the inbound & outbound connections. The implementation of this type of product also requires a cultural change and a change in the way of working within the organization.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves common product data challenges with smooth integration, efficient data management and automation features - it enhances product information accuracy across all channels.
Simple and efficient exporting - a great tool to hold all product data
What do you like best about the product?
Exporting data for large or small sets of products is simple and efficient and easy to use. Having one place to collate all product data including imagery and compliance certifications makes us seriously efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching for products if not using SKUs can be complex and confusing. If not using SKUs I am not confident I have collated all products I require.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Holding all data in one place and keeping us efficient when looking for and exporting information.

Pimberly is an essential part of our tech stack in order to easily collate and access product data across our large catalogue of products. I couldn't do my job without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the search facility is sub-optimal, and during a long period of non-use, the app will time out. don't forget to refresh!

using Pimberly vastly speeds up being able to access product information when I need to export it for analysis and reporting

What do you like best about the product?
Pimberly is very easy to learn for new users. It is also very intuitive, requiring minimal training to understand how it works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pimberly has a few minor bugs and glitches that can make the platform somewhat complex to use at times.

Pimberly helps ensure that our product information is accurately delivered to the website, which facilitates smooth and correct operations.

What do you like best about the product?
I think once you get the hang of how PIM works everything runs very seamlessly and makes your life a whole lot easier when it comes to managing product information and feeding it through to Shopify and is quite an easy integration process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get quite confusing when using it at the start as I dont think its a software you could figure out on your own as you need quite a bit of ongoing assistance when issues arise etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we have over 600 products listed on our websites which is split over 5 regions around the world the use of PIMS has now been what we call our 'source of truth' meaning when something doesnt align on Shopify we know that all our stored data product information on PIMS is accurate and is something we heavily rely on as we enocunter issues daily on our websites.
Pim is a great and easy system to use when editing and reviewing product data.
What do you like best about the product?
The layout and ease of use is the best about pimberely. The easy to use layout makes new employees grasp the system in a quick sucession.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of using pimberely is the speed of it running. If multiple users are exporting / importing at one time it can make the system run slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use pimberely as our main data system when amending/reviewing product data, with new workflows we are able to connect our other data systems to pimberely so we only have to update our data in one system instead of multiple.

What do you like best about the product?
Pimberly is easy to use and as a data team we use this every hour of the working day. Its important for it to be easy to use and self explanatory which I feel it is

Sometimes Pimberly can run slow or take a while to export or import data into it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pimberly benefits us as it stores every single attribute we hold within a product, whether that be ERP related or enironmental and legal information as well as the copy that feed our website. This makes our lives easy as it is all stored in on eplaced and under the relevant titles to make it easy for us to use and know what we are updating.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is user friendly and can be personalised. Really helpful to view data that is needed for a specific job role or task in hand. The import and export of data is smooth and reports can be automated.
What do you dislike about the product?
In peak times there can be some time delay in actions, on rare occassions you need to run a task twice as the first one doesn't start to run. Only a slight annoyance, as a UK customer I have to amend the date format on all exports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pimberly allows us to centralise all data in an easy to use system. The data can be categorised, updated and imported/exported easily. It constantly evolving with the needs of the team and business.
Pimberly Review from Image Editor Perspective
What do you like best about the product?
The dam has a quick upload fuction. It is very quick to use, no tutorial needed and means that any image I upload for a product, shows up alongside the product as we use a naming convention that PImb recognises and will put the image/PDF to the right media area for the product. It is very easy and only requires minor input from me and my image editor colleagues. I can also make changes to the images in the DAM very easy, for example renaming. And I like that we can revert back to a previous image of the same name if needed. I use Pimb daily so these features mean I can do what I need to do without fear of problems.
I have not used Customer Support but my superiors have and they have come back quickly from my experience with any queries.

What do you dislike about the product?
There doesn't seem to be an inbuilt way to download mass amounts of images/PDF's without having to use a channel and then a subsequent script. If that feature was implemented, it would be very handy.
I also think Indigo Pimb is a lot slower than the previous version.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have more products being uploaded than previous years, but because Pimb is so quick to use, I know I can keep on track of upload dates for images and PDF's.
