Updating products is much easier using Pimberly
What do you like best about the product?
Pimberly for me is easy to use and enables me to be able to see the data that I need on the first screen by setting specific data columns. I think that is is easy to copy and paste information from other applications that my company use into Pimberly and I am able to search for a large amounts data at at time. Being in a data team and using Pimberly everyday it does what I need it to do in terms of seeing and editing data.
What do you dislike about the product?
My team consists of over 10 people and when a few of us are working in Pimberly at the same time I find that Pimberly sometimes struggles to cope with large numbers of data being imported/exported at busy times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pimberly solves importing and exporting products quickly as this platform is where our data is stored. It allows me to import and export data easily for reveiwing and amending.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how clear you can look between data and how easily we can hold data sets with automations in the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The multicode fuction sticks and doesnt remove codes with the clear button, the way you cannot copy lines without going into product cards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sending codes into ERP systems throug automation processes and making it easier to push to multiple websites through one import

The navigation to find attributes is easy and clear. Visually it is clear and uncomplicated. Very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Functionality for my use all sits very well.

Managing data for products information to filter to websites and publications.

Pimberly is very easy to use and pretty straight forward with a number of features.

On some occassions it does go pretty slow.

Future developements/requirements can take time to work their way through the developement process beore they are deliviered into the product enviroment

Multiple versions of product content held within the business are now centralized, and all updates are handled only once.

What do you like best about the product?
Such a helpful team and a delight to work with.

Takes a little while to get used to. Have to work through it and just stick with it.

Data management across multiple platforms
Great PIM software for SMBs, service and support also top notch

Customer driven development roadmap and great customer service. Support with migration from our previous PIM solution was excellent.

The user experience/workflow still needs some polish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taxonomical organisation of our product data and enrichment with specifications and imagery, primarly for driving our online web catalogue.
Powerful Platform and Even More Powerful Team
What do you like best about the product?
Pimberly's automation is very powerful - it has allowed us to transform our internal processes in ways that make us all more efficient and reduces manual load.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain parts of the experience where I wish it was easier to complete actions in bulk (such as enabling the same attributes at different levels of a taxonomy) or export pieces of information (such as category trees).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pimberly is helping make product data accessible to more members of our internal team than ever before, presenting more opportunities for cleanup and generating more excitement around data ownership. We now use Pimberly not only for data storage but also for automated enrichment. For example, one of our primary use cases over the past few months has been undergoing a mass recategorization of our entire product catalog. This would have been a highly manual process outside of PIM, but this platform helped us automate the process in a way that will streamline the workflow moving forward. We have also leveraged Pimberly to add several new attributes to our data structure that allow us to offer more specificity in our search experience.
Streamlined Data Handling, Needs Faster Bug Fixes
What do you like best about the product?
I like a lot of the life cycles in Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM, especially the decision tables, workflows, and automations. It really helps in reducing manual work because everything is consolidated into one platform. The interface is decently easy to use, making it easier to move products along different lifecycle stages for various marketplaces. The setup was easily manageable with the good training received from Pimberly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM could have a better support system for fixing bugs. It takes months or even years for issues that affect us, even if they're minor, to be resolved. For the price charged, I expect these bugs to be fixed quickly, especially if they only affect us but are important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM to bring all our data into one platform, automating workflows and decision tables to clean our catalog and distribute to marketplaces easily. It eliminates the need to handle hundreds of Excel sheets, saving time and manual effort.
