What do you like best about the product?
Pimberly has enabled our team to work more efficiantly and with more accuracy.
Their helpdesk support team reply within an hour, if not sooner and go above and beyond to try and help you as a customer.

What do you dislike about the product?
Naming of decision tables isn't clear at top level. You have to open each one to view what the action is. The Helpcentre (not helpdesk support team) doesn't always have the most current examples of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pimberly allows us to input new ranges into our Ecommerce platform with ease and reduces the amount of admin. It also allows us to supply our product information to our Wholesalers in exactly the format and layout they individually wish.

What do you like best about the product?
The Pimberly team is extremely supportive in working with us to meet our needs. The food industry can be very complicated but they were able to take our requirements, simplify them and execute the results as expected. The constant open line of communication was exactly what we needed to succed. I'm hoping we can find more ways to work with the team in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't have multiple versions of our pre and prod environments so using multiple category trees is a good work around but does force us to create some workarounds that are not ideal for our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had no way to easily enhance our product data prior to Pimberly. Now we can not only do that but we can do it much more quickly and at scale.

What do you like best about the product?
Pimberly has effectively resolved all our data silo issues. The company now benefits from a single, up-to-date source of truth for product information. This enables users to confidently respond to RFIs, audits, customer requests etc... with speed and accuracy, through the platform's efficient "Export" feature.
The whole integration process is very straightforward, affording us full control over product releases to various channels (1 B2B and 2 B2C websites, plus marketplaces and a physical shop with dedicated data) via the powerful "Workflow" feature.
The Vendor Connect module has proven invaluable, significantly reducing time expenditure. Customizable validations ensure that suppliers deliver accurate data the first time, eliminating the need for extensive follow-ups.
The interface is modern and very intuitive, making the platform user-friendly for both administrators and general users. It also offers granular control over user permissions down to the field level.
Throughout our journey, we've been supported by an exceptional team. From acquisition through implementation, training, and ongoing support, the team has consistently demonstrated deep understanding of our needs and remained open to addressing our questions.
In summary, Pimberly comes highly recommended.

Pimberly Review from an IT Perspective
What do you like best about the product?
I have only really spent time communicating with Rick and Sam from Pimberly and so far they are very quick and communicating with me on any IT queries and developments which we are working on. They also seem very knowledgable in the areas in which they have been assisting me with developments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing from me. I haven't personally had a bad experience with them up to press.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
by implementing a PIM to Merlin description development.

What do you like best about the product?
Pimberly have been amazing in assisting me with my many, many queries i have had whilst trying to implement new things on our PIM.
Their support team are the best and i have always been responded to with help/advice extremely quickly and the support team are all extremely positive and happy to assist, no matter how small or big the query is.
Sam & Rick have also been extremely helpful and supportive for us when implementing new things to our PIM, they have joined us on calls to discuss things further and they have also suggested new ideas for us to implement, which have helped us significantly.
Their support team are the best and i have always been responded to with help/advice extremely quickly and the support team are all extremely positive and happy to assist, no matter how small or big the query is.
Sam & Rick have also been extremely helpful and supportive for us when implementing new things to our PIM, they have joined us on calls to discuss things further and they have also suggested new ideas for us to implement, which have helped us significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far i cannot think of anything i dislike about the service provided. There have been a few things i have wanted to do/features i want to see that are currently inaccessible but i have been assured by the support team that these have been added as feature requests
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to manage all of our data through spreadsheets and importing them straight into magento, by switching to Pimberly it has significantly decreased the amount of issues we are seeing and it has also allowed us to add im features to help enrich our data, such as the product grading feature which we have recently implemented (with the help of Rick, Sam & the support team!)
Unbelievable support, amazing team and great product
What do you like best about the product?
The product is super intuitive to use, has already made enormous efficiencies inhouse within a short time frame and significantly improved our product management/set up. We use the product multiple times a day (if not all day, everyday!) to ensure our ecomm sites and products are at their best.
The team is absolutely amazing. We working with Sally and Rory, who would go out of their way constantly to make onboarding easy. The project was managed superbly, technology and processes clearly explained, and they always had time to fit in an extra call if we needed. This was especially appreciated as we worked in completely different timezones, which could've been tricky to navigate if they weren't some accomodating.
The integration went absolutely seamlessly across all five of our websites - with a large number of SKUs, multiple platforms and varying technology between the sites, there were a lot of caveats to consider - Sally and Rory's expertise ensured every site launch wen't off without a hitch.
Based off our experience, I would recommend PIM to anybody.

Nothing. PIM is awesome. It's an amazing platform and the team is unreal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have 100's of SKUS, 5 websites (soon to be 7!) and 3 warehouses. Managing our SKUs, how they display onsite, pricing, tags, URLs and everything inbetween was previously exceptionally burdensome and at a high risk for error. Since integrating PIM our inhouse efficiencies have almost freed up an entire full time position, enabling us to focus attention towards projects, growth initatives and website development instead. The significant reduction in product errors has also meant our product structure and display on site is much improved, enabling a better browsing and overall shopping experience.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, user-friendly and well set out.
You can copy & paste info from other applications rather than type everything.
I haven't had any issues with connectivity or it being off-line etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest I haven't had a problem. Sometimes details I add don't feed through to the application we use for stock control (POS-A) and I need to get our support team to look at it but I think that's an issue with the POS-A application and what goes on in the background and not a problem with Pimberly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We sometimes have SKUs set up on out stock management system with incorrect details and/or barcodes and Pimberly enables me to go straight in and correct these errors

Reoprts can be a little confusing when first trying to setup.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the excellent support team, which ensures a smooth transition and ongoing assistance. The product is user-friendly, with an intuitive interface that simplifies operations. The system acts as a one-stop shop for all data, facilitating seamless product data management and regulatory compliance. The ability to host various web assets and set different approval levels is incredibly useful, as is the ease with which suppliers can use the API link.

I use the product as a one-stop shop for data management, maintaining and changing attributes efficiently to meet regulatory requirements and enrich product data.

What do you dislike about the product?
That you need to refresh the information and the updates are instantaneous but, need to reload page several times to view them.
More importantly, there's no way to sort the products that have been created, hence, making it difficult for the other systems integrated as the data needs to be sorted on all the following systems individually.
If there was a way to sort the product information directly on Pimberly it would save time and effort.
