Overall a very useful service
What do you like best about the product?
I use Pimberly on a daily basis to easily find out information about products I am setting up. The media function is what I use the most but I also frequently export information to differenet channels which is extremly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been some issues with exporting information to channels where certain products have got stuck. I have found it difficult to amend the mapping of channels to ensure I can export the information I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pimberly allows me to easily export information in an easy to use way. Without it I would have to take a very long process to gather the information. It also provides a quick way for me to look at images which otherwise would be very time consuming.

What do you like best about the product?
- Adding new categories is very quick and easy
- Searching for a list of products and seeing product information is easy

What do you dislike about the product?
- Not being able to export lists of products from categories when they are automatically mapped categories
- When you map into categories, it would be useful to see the ID not just the name (we have redirected categories with similar names and it's hard to see which one is the correct one to map into)
- Having copy at article level but all other product data at option level is confusing
- Not being able to see when you have enriched a product

What do you like best about the product?
The system is super easy to use and doesn't take too long to get to learn. The constant updates to the new UI is very positive and gives hope for even better features to be added soon. Customer support are always fast to solve any issues and always take feedback on board.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get a bit sluggish and slow sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly ammending issues with product listings for the website.
Makes the storage and distribution of data reliable and easy.
What do you like best about the product?
It's great to have a "one ring to rule them all" approach to product data, once the data is happily residing in the PIM you can easily (and automatically) update it with feeds and send it out with API channels and outputting files to SFTP locations. We have also introduced a new product system utilising their Big Commerce feeds to populate an internal proofing website where Product Managers can see the product they are proofing holistically without needing to bounce around disparate fields.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's a distant memory now and things have massively improved in recent years however the initial setup took longer than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially the PIM takes the product through the creation and proofing stages and once completed it removes the need for manual intervention when updating and distributing accurate product data. It is also a central repository that everyone can access so if there is a product update it is fixed once and this disseminates throughout the business including catalogue generation, web sites, ERP and customer data feeds.

What do you like best about the product?
Pimberly is easy to use with similar interfaces to other management systems such as Business Central so maneuvering around the interface is simple to get used to.
Personalisation of Product screens make it easy to create a field views that the user will be using daily to provide the information required quickly without having to deal with filters reseting upon log ins/refreshes.
Full view of data within the system with quick and easy search functionaility that allows you to check and edit data easily in-engine (after induction).

What do you dislike about the product?
Some processing within Pimberly are sluggish/time consuming, eg inducting new products take various stages rather than being able to induct a product straight into Pimberly for it to be completed immediately, a further enrichment needs to take place to finalise products. Product induction could do with an in-engine editor to fix error instead of having to export an error report to find out what the issue is and then amend the original induction template to import it back in. Product duplication is a big problem within the system as there's no flag to suggest certain fields already exist so products can easily be submitted by supplier and inducted in regardless of whether it exists

Pimberly has made it easily to view the product catalogue and check what products we have listed in comparison to the system we moved from which ultimately creates a more efficient work ethic.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the app is web based, I don't need an app to use pimberly
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm an experienced computer user and i like to use keyboard navigation and shortcuts whenever possible. I found that there is a lot of mouse navigation and clicking that could be optimised with keyboard use. If I want to rename any media assets, I would love to be able to not have to use the mouse to click on every name, and to be able to navigate between assets with the arrow keys

Pimberly is helping me eliminate duplicate assets, and automate distribution of assets accross many different marketplaces
The capability for this system can be large if used correctly.
What do you like best about the product?
Having all our data in one place inc images.
What do you dislike about the product?
Channel creation is a little difficult to get your head around with the parent and sibling relationships.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having data in one place along with digital assets and not having to go through all the files and folders of possible location where colleagues have saved.

‘’Please could you feed back to CPS that due to the column width of where all their templates are, it’s not possible to see the names of the templates. You can see them if you hover over the download button or hover over the name, but it does make it harder what you need to find quickly. Also, is there any way they could have the product class as a dropdown menu in the sheet instead of having to download three separate NPI forms for five products? Little bits like this slow down out response times to their requests’’
