Pimerbly usage as a photography retoucher
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Pimberly is it's easy to use, it's simple to drop in media as needed and have it link to product codes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the interface when there is a lot of information on the screen at once, it also fails to update image counts as quick as I'd like which sometimes holds back my work flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Linking images and media to product codes so the retail website can be populated.
Easy to use, however can sometimes be slow and take time to catch up

Find it straightforward to use and good to have everything I need in the same place

Sometimes it takes a while to catch up and for images to show. Can sometimes delay what I'm working on as I can't move forward until the images are showing and allocated to the product

Helps to have information in one place and that makes my job easier
A great product management system that's highly flexible and good value
What do you like best about the product?
Pimberly has substantially enhanced our efficiency in updating and handling product data. The system is responsive, highly flexible, and relatively easy to use. Through their automated processes we've streamlined product-based tasks from hours to minutes. All in all pimberly has resulted in a significant advancement in our day-to-day operations. It was easy to implement and their customer support has been excellent so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a few things missing from pimberly that other, more expensive services offer. Also, there could be a better range of tutorials and resources for those looking to understand the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pimberly has a lot of out-of-the-box automation features that make virtually anything you can think of possible. For us, it has helped us transform our data and save countless manual hours.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM for photography storage and file management. I like how it keeps all product imagery in one easy-to-find place. What stands out to me is the customizability, like the ability to set custom listing image orders, which is really useful for ecom departments. The reason we switched to Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM was mainly because of how customizable it is, and the initial setup was easy as long as you know what you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel sometimes the upload times for files is too long, then when they are uploaded they take a while to fully appear.

Quick and easy to submit data, ease of implementation, tramsformed our business, fantastic product

Nothing I think Pimberly is a wonderful platform

It allows us to submit product data quickly and efficiently, we love how easy it is to use the platform.

Support team are good and the integration was good. Intuitive interface. Quick updates.

Can freeze very occasionally but will still work

What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of using Pimberly are that it is helpful in storing large amounts of product information in one product ID, I'm able to add any attributes into the Product IDs to help with enriching products.
I've also been able to create new schemas, e.g. size guides, and link those with the Product ID's.
Overall I find Pimberly really easy to use, and use it on a daily basis, this could be to export data for sales analysis or importing data to make a product more enriched.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say the only downside to Pimberly is that we're unable to lock specific attributes, with so many people having access to Pimberly, and the information feeding directly to the side, it would be benifical if we were able to lock specific attributes so only certain people are able to edit them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a business, we're able to store all product information in one place, and we're able to export this data when needed. Pimberly feeds directly to sites, so we're able to make any changes to product information easily enough by editing inside Pimberly.
Excellent Product and Support
What do you like best about the product?
Pimberly have a fantastic support team that a rapid at responding to and resolving issues. The team are always on hand for technical questions, be that via email, phone or video call - always providing information in the detail required for a successful knowledge transfer to ensure the client can achieve their technical goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The help guides are now somewhat outdated, especially since there has been a huge new UI release - which can make navigating through some areas of the products a fair bit more challenging. I believe this is being updated and will be rolled in the near future, so I am eagerly anticipating this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pimberly gives us the capability of storing large amounts of product data and organising the data for enrichment along with the correct assets. Product data can then be pushed to the multiple channels that need to leverage the data for various business needs, such as In-store till systems; Websites; Size guides; Ad-hoc data extraction; and Audits.

User tools, allow for rapid testing & deployment of new attributes, while on-going devlopments allow for refinements/enhancments

Some terminology/nomenclatre is a little baffling - all very logical and necessary, but you need to read before diving in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Serving two very differen systems, both of which are in constant states of development. Hence our product outputs need to be contnually tweaked to utlise new features.
