Great support team and software
What do you like best about the product?
Pimberly has so many features helping us to automate our processes and store product information in a detailed and uniform way that integrates with our sales channels or allows easy exports for channels that have not been integrated. Pimberly are always improving their product and have been very helpful with making changes that we've requested and helping us get the most from the system. Pimberly is easy enough to use for our teams that need product information adhoc but also provides enough detail to be our main source of truth for product related info.
Pimberlys team are also great fun, super approachable and knowledgeable.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I can make is that I wish there were more native integrations with Pimberly to further automate our workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pimberly has allowed us to build a database of our products and to store key features that can be transformed dependant on the sales channel being sent to.

What do you like best about the product?
Their service is 2nd to none. We get instant replies from their support team who go above and beyond to meet your expectations. The PIM itself has been designed with the user in mind - its extremely easy to use when you know how and it has evovled the efficiency of the marketing department. We use the PIM every day and now could not live without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say regarding the service side however in terms of the PIM's features, we have suggested some developments which have been added to the roadmap. It would be great if Pimberly could keep us informed regularly on the evolution of the roadmap and what new features are being released (whether they are our suggestions or from their other clients) so we can stay ahead of the game and continue to learn and evolve ourselves!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time. The PIM itself has saved us so much time. We can query our own data much more efficiently now. We also get additional visibility on what is happening with our product data. Also we have recently introduced an additional channel to the PIM infrastructure so it means we can keep all our product data in one place and output across multiple platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
The depth in which data can be manipulated with logical decision trees or validation, ensuring clean data always feeding through.
Also love the functionality for building exports - absolutely pivotal to the growth of our company in the future.

What do you dislike about the product?
Negative inside a positive - so much functionality and depth internally that it is quite unforgiving for new learners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are an eCommerce business listing product on various global marketplaces. Pimberly allows us to validate all data going in, then using logical decision trees and lookup tables, build on that data for various purposes within the business to be able to export the data in a suitable format for any purpose. This includes product listing templates, missing product data or logistics and customs information.
With Pimberly, we are shaping the future for the company to make this a seamless operation to scale.

What do you like best about the product?
As our business model evolved to deal with the growing importance of online marketplaces, we realised we needed to find an alternative to our traditional way of working, as multiple spreadsheets were getting cumbersome and leading to incorrect information being passed across to our partners.
We shortlisted a number of PIM solutions, but found that Pimberly best suited our company's needs, both from a technical and financial perspective. Ease of implementation and use were key factors in reaching our decision.
Since fully integrating with our own website and multiple marketplaces we have seen significant efficiences for our team, and all our marketplaces hold the correct information on every product.
The team at Pimberly have been knowledable, helpful and efficient at each step of our journey with them.

As our business model adapted to address the increasing significance of marketplaces, we recognised the need to move away from our traditional methods. Relying on multiple spreadsheets had become unwieldy and was causing inaccurate information to be shared with our partners.

Once set up, the UI is easy to use.

Set up was time-consuming and intensive, as we tried to handle a lot of that internally.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pimberly gives us a "single source of truth" for all our products. We can now supply our own website and multiple marketplaces with the relevant information, knowing it remains consistent. One change means all platforms are updated.
Fantastic Company to Work With!
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the system to adapt to our product composition needs. We've been able to apply our product logic into Pimberly and this has made it effortless epanding our ranges going forward and selling on multiple channels. The people are also really nice and easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good to perhaps have a bit more training on the system and new features with the team. There are lots of really cool new features that we aren't fully aware of how to best utilise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Where we sell on so many different channels Pimberly is able to adapt our product data to create simple feeds meaning we can upload listings and new products in a matter of minutes rather than previous hours. It's also the source of truth for all product data, streamlining our process for data collection and accuracy.
Great PIM system backed up with great service
What do you like best about the product?
Overall Pimberly is straightforward to use from a day to day user perspective. Training for standard functionality to enable self support was a quick process including some of the more complicated functionality. Implementation of the product was quick to form a base and the support from the implementation team and general customer support has allways been quick and accurate. Real "Can do" attitude from all the team at Pimberly I have spoken with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only real downside was around a development request which took longer than the internal team had preferred but even then it has now been completed and they are very happy.

Single source of the truth to feed our manu internal systems and external websites

Very easy to use and customizable. Customer service is always very responsive and almost always have a quick resolution for any issues raised.

Any previous dislike or issues I have, have been resolved. I dislike nothing.

Our business is fast growing. As we acquire businesses, we acquire products. Pimberly is helping us put rules & requirements around our product data, which is enriching our data for customer use.

The support team at Pimberly are absolutely brilliant, fast responses and lovely to work with. The software itself is a gamechanger to the way we manage our product data and centralise information for all of the channels we sell on. The integration and workflow possibilities make Pimberly an integral part of our tech stack.

With more connectors built to the different channels we work with this would improve our use of pimberly, the ability to export product data currently in any format based on sales channel is useful but an increase in native connectors would be hugely beneficial.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI (when it's accurate) and the flow of updates/work is very logical and straight forward

Having to format and pick out attributes for export and import

We used Agility Magnitute AMI previously and it was terrible, now we're actually able to use the PIM as intended - product data and digital assets to run an ecommerce store
