Very pleased with Pimberly
What do you like best about the product?
We've found that even unexpected challenges are straightforward to resolve, thanks in large part to the excellent support from our Business Success Manager—who always makes time for us.
Since implementing Pimberly, we've been able to automate so many aspects of our product data. It’s really opened our eyes to just how much we can streamline the way our company manages, shares, and collaborates on product information.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn’t say I have any dislikes- just a few suggestions for improvements that could make the software even more powerful. Pimberly already does so much right, and with a few small enhancements, it could be even more impressive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Pimberly, we had no central storage solution or structured data model - our product data was a confusing mess. Since implementing Pimberly, it’s become the backbone of our product data strategy, enforcing consistency and eliminating the friction caused by teams not fully aligned on data standards. On import, we now have over 250 rules automatically checking and transforming data to meet the requirements of all our partners.

What do you like best about the product?
Pimberly has saved me loads of time merchandising products on our website as well as allowing new products to be uploaded in a timely manner.
The UI is very simple and easy to use, and makes it easy to keep track of product lifecycles etc...
The grading feature allows us to keep track of our content quality by setting rules and scoring our content against those rules. This ensures we focus our attention on the areas that are most important for consistency and shopability.
Customer support is great with someone technical always able to work through any issues we have or suggestions on how to achieve what we want.

Not being able to tick a new attribute at a second tier level to tick it for all 3rd tiers at the same time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of new products being uploaded easily and managing the information required, being used for the products on site in a very easy way. Pim feeds directly into our website so we can make real-time changes to information for a customer. The information that we store about a product is easily accessible and we are able to segment attribute data however we want
Pimberly is a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
Centralisation and standardisation of product data with the ability to deploy to any sales channel seamlessly. Pimberly team is constantly pushing out updates and reviewing the software for best in class functionality. Pimberly updates Shopify almost instantly in most cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
SKU limitations causes anxiety as the next tier up is expensive, new features such as "Vendor Connect" are an additional cost, additional cost for additional shopify channels, Shopify connector has some limitations currently.

Excellent PIM software backed-up by superb support and account relations!
What do you like best about the product?
Pimberly offers the most pliable configuration and interaction of any PIM we have reviewed. The support and guidance of the scoping and onboarding specialists really help in achieving the optimum output from a PIM solution that feels virtually custom-built. The abundance of resources, in terms of online collateral, ticket support, and targeted sessions, really drives the partnership feel of a key tool within our business. It is clear there is a never-ending mission for feature development, which is ultimately very clearly planned and implemented.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of getting visibility of the product road map is it creates an instant desire to make use of the features before they are live!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pimberly provides a single source of truth for all our enriched product data and media and provides a mechanism for outputting this in many various versions with just a few clicks.
Good PIM software
What do you like best about the product?
Some very usefull tools for dealing with very large sets of data and high nunbers of SKU's. Automated image and document assignment has helped huegly with our product data managment.
The flexibility of output options is fantastic, combined with the ability to 'configure and forget' for re-ocurring output feeds. Makes downstream data managment great.
Bulk editing options make updates and changes to product data much more reliable than our traditional multi spreadsheet approach.

The UI is a little difficult to navigate, with search functions that seem to be a over complicated.

What do you dislike about the product?
Pimberly may be too expensive and complex for small businesses that do not have a large product range or multiple sales channels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pimberly has helped me to centralize and enrich my product information, automate my workflows, and optimize my SEO and conversion rates. I can also import and export product data through all sales channels and ensure a consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.

It links in with a lot of things and has a lot of info and images in one place

It can be very slow to use and sometimes the search feature isn't the best

What do you like best about the product?
Pimberly has so many features helping us to automate our processes and store product information in a detailed and uniform way that integrates with our sales channels or allows easy exports for channels that have not been integrated. Pimberly are always improving their product and have been very helpful with making changes that we've requested and helping us get the most from the system. Pimberly is easy enough to use for our teams that need product information adhoc but also provides enough detail to be our main source of truth for product related info.
Pimberlys team are also great fun, super approachable and knowledgeable.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I can make is that I wish there were more native integrations with Pimberly to further automate our workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pimberly has allowed us to build a database of our products and to store key features that can be transformed dependant on the sales channel being sent to.

What do you like best about the product?
Their service is 2nd to none. We get instant replies from their support team who go above and beyond to meet your expectations. The PIM itself has been designed with the user in mind - its extremely easy to use when you know how and it has evovled the efficiency of the marketing department. We use the PIM every day and now could not live without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say regarding the service side however in terms of the PIM's features, we have suggested some developments which have been added to the roadmap. It would be great if Pimberly could keep us informed regularly on the evolution of the roadmap and what new features are being released (whether they are our suggestions or from their other clients) so we can stay ahead of the game and continue to learn and evolve ourselves!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time. The PIM itself has saved us so much time. We can query our own data much more efficiently now. We also get additional visibility on what is happening with our product data. Also we have recently introduced an additional channel to the PIM infrastructure so it means we can keep all our product data in one place and output across multiple platforms.
