What do you dislike about the product?
There's really not much that we can say here, Pimberly rocks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an agency deeply entrenched in the world of ecommerce, Calashock has had the privilege of working with numerous product information management (PIM) platforms over the years. However, we must say that my experience with the Pimberly PIM platform has been nothing short of extraordinary. It's a game-changer that has elevated our clients' digital commerce strategies to new heights. Their team is also great to work with, both for Merchants and for Agency Partners!

What do you like best about the product?
It was clear that development work was continuing, adding new features like AI text generation. New UI was an improvement on the old one, but just incrementally so.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our onboarding, which we were told and anticipated to take just a few weeks, stretched to nearly 2 years before being ultimately scrapped, the Pimberly team leaving us high and dry after causing a disaster yet insisting on keeping the majority of our money. Bug fixes and upcoming features we hoped to make use of were *always* delayed by months. Repeatedly we were told that they were working on linking with other popular technology integrations we use, but for example after a year and a half of onboarding I was informed they had only the last week purchased a license for the most critical integration to do that work and testing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved none and instead via blatant incompetence in their programming and testing methods they inflicted substantial harm to our business, wiping critical data from our online store that led to months of clean up and many thousands of dollars in lost sales. Pimberly management did everything to try to pass the buck, pin the blame on our site's e-commerce platform, but the store log clearly showed the fault was entirely on them. After that was established, they went largely radio silent, offering no help in fixing the catastrophe they caused and also only then proposed we part ways and that they keep the bulk of the money we paid.
Their Customer Support is brilliant
What do you like best about the product?
The Customer Support is brilliant - someone is always on hand to help and support emails are dealt with quickly. Their technical knowledge on our account is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently we don't have access to the error logs when syncing products from Pimberly > Big Commerce which makes it difficult to understand any syncing issues - it would be helpful to see the error logs and would cut down on opening support tickets
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The CMS we use doesn't support multi-store so it makes updating our 11 websites much easier! We also translate 2 of our websites so it makes us much more productive
Data Governance at your fingertips
What do you like best about the product?
The amount and complexity of automation aids me every day to improve the system. The training that I received allows me to independently create automations as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like parent data to be copied over to child products so they can be searched by those fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a big problem in our company which was that we relied on spreadsheets and websites to host our data and now we have a dynamic database that we finally feel we are in charge of.
Horrible experience - terrible support
What do you like best about the product?
The demo and features seem great on paper, but the software is extremely buggy and lacking in many areas. If there is a bug, which there are many - the software often deletes your data. We experienced a severe data loss, where the PIMberly team wiped all our category data. The PIMberly team immediately owned up to the mistake, but as soon as their leadership got invovled, they started to defer responsibilities and point fingers at our ecommerce platform and any other excuse they could think of. They lied during our onbaording of capabilities, SLAs, and resources/documentation. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND!

Our entire experience with PIMberly was a disaster.
- During onbaording, they will promise you the world, but you will quickly discover their lack of ability and support
- They are constantly on vacation - this pushed back major updates months and months
- No leadership - their leadership team is rude and unresponsive
- Buggy - the software is exteremly buggy and any bugs can stop you from being productive, or worse - wipe out your data

We started using PIMberly to help make our new item addition process faster, as well as help keep one true source of data.
After months and months of "onboarding" and reporting bug after bug, we realized PImberly was actually slowing down nearly every process and wasting many of our teams time.
PIMberly ended up giving up on our account, after a simple update wiped out all our category data. Instead of owning up to the mistake, their leadership team gave up and ended our contract. Worse of all - they offered no financial compensation and encouraged us to seek legal action if we want any refund.

Effortless Data Structuring with Stellar Usability
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the usability of Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM; it's easy for teams to learn and take ownership of channels. I also like the scope feature because it helps ensure each channel has the right data. It makes distributing data super simple to the right people with limited data manipulation.

Nothing

I use Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM to structure product data uniquely, ensuring it's fit for customer channels. It's easy for teams to learn, and features like the scope make data distribution simple.

What do you like best about the product?
The Pimberly team are simply excellent, the onboarding and support were the best I've experienced in SaaS.

The price? But to be honest, it's the best, so it's not cheap. This is literally the only negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complex listing process across multiple sales channels. Pimberly has completely streamlined this process and allowed us to double the number of channels we sell on.
