What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility in attributes, the help guides provided, the ease of use of the customer portal
What do you dislike about the product?
Is a complicated programme to understand however the team were great at teaching us how to use it and were very patient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of product information being held at a central level. This programme allows us to be able to offer extensive product information to our customers for added value and to ensure a compliant supply chain without the added admin work required.
The team at Pimberly are knowledgeable, organised and understood our business needs clearly
What do you like best about the product?
It's enabling us to scale our product portfolio and enhance our data using automations and workflows that are easy to understand and implement. The team are helpful and always on hand should we need advise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't discovered anything to dislike so far
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We required a solution to help improve the quality of our data, feed different catalogues to various users and scale at pace the sku count we provide. Our processes were manual and managed outside the system on spreadsheets and manual uploaders. The move to Pimberly solves our problems and the workflows simplify the experience for users managing the data
User-Friendly Interface
What do you like best about the product?
Having product data and digital assets like images, videos, and documents in one system is a big plus. It ensures consistent branding across all channels. The modern, intuitive UI makes it easy for teams to onboard and use daily without heavy training.
What do you dislike about the product?
occasional lags when working with larger files but that's manageable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One place to manage all product data and assets which saves us time and streamline our workflow.
Easy to Use, Prompt Support, and Great Results
What do you like best about the product?
Working with Pimberly has been a great experience. It has significantly simplified our processes and improved efficiency. It's good to see that you are bringing in new improvements on the DAM side, like the media attributes can now be edited and managed separately.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest I can't think of any at the moment. The only thing I believe is essential is giving the supplier access to modify the e-catalogue channel created for BigCommerce integration. So that we could amend the attributes on our own but were aware that this would be handed over to us once you roll out the new UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pimberly has made it incredibly easy to get our products into marketplaces. It's now simple to identify a single source of truth for our data. With a fairly extensive product line, we've been able to organise our DAM efficiently by product category — which has streamlined our process significantly.

It seems (relatively) easy to use and the team were really flexible in incorporating all our needs.

We have not yet come across anything we are not happy with.

Providing platform for holding a wide array of product information which can be used by different departments in different ways throughout our business.
Product Information Management System Offers Simplicity and Versatility
What do you like best about the product?
The system is fairly easy to understand and doesn't take long to get to grips with. Decent user interface for creating feeds and channels to export to your marketplaces.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally can slow down, depending on the number of other demands being made to the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of management of our product information and product images. It reduces the time needed to collate product data and simplifies the creation of exports needed for our marketplaces.

What do you like best about the product?
All of our product info and images now live in one central hub, which makes things way easier. We can update product details once and push them out to all our channels (Shopify, Amazon, Google Shopping, etc.).
The interface is pretty user-friendly, even for folks who aren’t super technical. It's easy to search, filter, and update product info.
No more hunting through folders to find the right images — they’re tied directly to products in Pimberly, which makes content updates much faster.

What do you dislike about the product?
We have a pretty large product range, and sometimes bulk edits or searches can slow things down a bit.
There are APIs and connectors, but we wish there were more out-of-the-box integrations with tools like Shopify or BigCommerce to speed things up.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pimberly helps us keep our product catalog clean, consistent, and easy to manage. It fixes issues we had with scattered data, duplicate work, and manual updates. We can now bulk edit products, track data completeness, and ensure everything is accurate before going live across different channels. It’s made our catalog way more organized and scalable.

What do you like best about the product?
Pimberly is very easy to use. We have users from multiple departments in different countries, all using the system. We have been using the platform for over three years in two different businesses, and do not feel we are anywhere near maximising the potential Pimberly can offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been some recent challenges with performance, based around the sheer number of jobs our PIM instance and others are trying to carry out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pimberly allows us to centralise all of our product data management in one place. This is not only at a business level, but also at a corporate level, as more than one business uses Pimberly.
A thoughtfully designed user-friendly way to manage data
What do you like best about the product?
Export and Import functionality makes it easy to manipulate and upload large amounts of data easily without using coding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes upload speeds can be slow, though this happens relatively infrequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Pimberly for storage and recall of data to be fed into our ecommerce platform.
A PIM system that meets our needs
What do you like best about the product?
Since we started our PIM replacement project the team at Pimberly have been superb. From the scoping sessions, to the system build, to now the support function, the team at Pimberly have taken time to understand our business and requirements, and have provided a solution to meet them. It integrates with all the third-party software we require it to, and the interface makes it simple to maintain our product data.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's very little to dislike. A big issue for us was that the edit history visible in the system is only 6 months, and we require longer. Based on our requirements, Pimberly are in the process of rolling out a development to resolve this issue for us, but to all users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main ERP is old, and doesn't offer flexibility to store more product data as business or government legislation requires. Pimberly not only allows us to quickly add extra attributes against products, it makes it easy to populate the data and the synchronise it across our various internal and ecommerce channels.
