What do you like best about the product?
UI is fantastic, easy to use and customer service is great

Nothing the product is great and very easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Pimberly is its easy to use function which is also easy to navigate. This was great as we were using a completely new piece of software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about Pimberly is checking in and checking out, sometimes I find this function confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pimberly is making everything digital for us, this means that everyone can access this software and working in a team is far less stressful.
An Implementation Team Like no Other!
What do you like best about the product?
At F9 Brands, we needed a user-friendly and agile PIM/DAM solution that would allow our product and merchandising teams to make faster updates to our Shopify websites. After an extensive review of multiple platforms, we chose Pimberly for it expertise in our product verticals, dedicated implementation support, and flexible pricing model.
From the start, the implementation team exceeded my expectation. Sally, our project manager, was a phenomenal leader - ensuring that every complex requirement was meticulously recorded, tracked and addressed. Her proactive communication and structured approach kept the project moving forward and alleviated concerns that we were missing something along the way. Jake, our lead developer, brought exceptional technical expertise, customizing our instance to meet our unique requests and integration needs.
Their combined effort kept the focus on what was required to complete the project on time and on budget. The level of expertise, responsiveness, and dedication from Jake and Sally was outstanding, and we truly appreciate the partnership. Based on our experience I would highly recommend Pimberly and their exceptional team.

What do you dislike about the product?
Pimberly has been working on an upgrade to their DAM to give it more functionality like a traditional DAM which I'm excited about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a more user-friendly UI and the ability for our Product and Merchandising teams to more quickly effect change on our Shopify websites.
Excellent Platform with Stellar Account Support
What do you like best about the product?
The Pimberly platform is intuitive and easily integrated with our company's existing systems. Pimberly felt tailored to our specific needs and was implemented seamlessly. Jake and Sally supported our team throughout the process, ensuring that we all had the knowledge necessary to use the platform to its full capacity. And they made it fun! Highly recommend Pimberly and their team.

I have not experienced a down-side to Pimberly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With multiple brands, it was often difficult to manage our digital assets. Pimberly made it possible to have everything housed in one convenient place in a Platform that was user-friendly. This saves our team valuable time when executing various campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Pimberly was a very robust system. I enjoyed the ease of adding the attributes and pulling the reports from the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pimberly was a little daunting in the beginning but with the help of the implementation team I gradually became very comfortable in the system.

The PIM system helped bring the information together to help manage our website with ease of turning items on and off: also helped aid with our promotional activities.

What do you like best about the product?
Pimberly's tools are great for keeping our product content consistent across all of our channels. It easily integrated with our current systems and was a perfect choice for our needs.

The more advanced features take some time to learn, but overall, Pimberly helps to optimize our processes.

Product data templates can need rework with large taxonomy hierarchies.
Workflows can be complex and trip over themselves when there are a lot so need to be careful setting them up

Governing product data by removing the silos we had in our business. Assisting with the accreditation to the Code for Construction Product Information (CCPI)

What do you like best about the product?
Makes sharing the content library easy as pie. its easy to set up and we use it everyday.

the search function can be a little un intuitice

Makes accessing all of our product media simple
Pimberly and it's data engineers have been exactly what we needed.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to unify assets across our systems from the ERP through to the website, and the way it obligated us to organize our data will serve us for many years
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI leaves a lot to be desired. The Primary product search field should have a default of Keyword search, or the ability to set a default. I should be able to pop out the workflow window to work in full screen or near it. I should be able to sort products quicker in the DAM and PIM. Outside of that, just a few bugs that'll surely get ironed out.

Solving the issue of disparate information, Pimberly is now bridging the divides that have historically caused untimely inaccuracies.
