What do you like best about the product?
Superb product backed by fantastic customer support. Pimberly is very easy to use was integrated into our business very easily, we could not do without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not have any negative feedback for Pimberly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a business with over 50,000 products and cannot work without Pimberly.
Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
PIM is clear and easy to navigate, which makes onboarding and daily use straightforward for the whole team. Making changes is simple, and the structure of the PDTs is logical and easy to understand, even for those new to PIM systems.
Enrichment functionality, particularly the ability to involve suppliers in the data completion process.
The gateway feature is also incredibly helpful – it clearly shows which products are missing required information and prevents them from moving forward until everything is in place.

What do you dislike about the product?
Creating parent codes manually can be quite time-consuming – a more automated approach would be appreciated, especially when dealing with large product ranges. Additionally, from a visual point of view, we’d love to be able to view seasonal collections in a more visual format, such as a list with product images for quick referencing, instead of having to click into each product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Enrichment has saved us a huge amount of time and ensures our product data is accurate and complete from the start and also the ability to involve the suppliers more and making them more responsible for their data. The gateways have really helped improve our data quality and workflow transparency.
I use pimberly for the PIM system, on a daily basis. I really like the platform.

-Indigo's intuitive interface makes product information easily accessible when selecting product types.
-Lifecycle stages are highly effective for real-time tracking of product progress at style and color levels, improving communication and data flow to marketplaces and other business areas.
-I'm looking forward to my brands to implement and utilise the PLM system.
-The globe icon next to attributes simplifies checking data population.
-The filters are useful, though some users find them confusing during initial training.
-Customer service is outstanding—responsive, efficient, and professional.
-Export function is useful

What do you dislike about the product?
-Under the Recent Activity section, identifying updates is challenging as only codes (e.g., 667d1e97cee993001760c06d) are displayed. Showing the actual label instead would make it easier to track changes, especially when multiple users are involved or errors occur.
-Once icons are created, the inability to edit their naming conventions limits flexibility
-A significant improvement for size guides would be the ability to flexibly add, rearrange, or drag-and-drop rows and columns. Currently, adding them only at the end is time-consuming when reorganising information.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A key business strategy is streamlining our product information. As more team members use the system, user setup remains simple and efficient. However, new users face challenges with updates, and while the Recent Activity section helps identify errors, showing labels instead of codes would improve clarity. Lifecycle management enhances visibility by tracking product progress and ownership. Craghoppers has yet to adopt the PLM system, but it will reduce manual setup, minimizing errors and saving time on corrections.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility in attributes, the help guides provided, the ease of use of the customer portal

Is a complicated programme to understand however the team were great at teaching us how to use it and were very patient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of product information being held at a central level. This programme allows us to be able to offer extensive product information to our customers for added value and to ensure a compliant supply chain without the added admin work required.

It's enabling us to scale our product portfolio and enhance our data using automations and workflows that are easy to understand and implement. The team are helpful and always on hand should we need advise.

I haven't discovered anything to dislike so far

We required a solution to help improve the quality of our data, feed different catalogues to various users and scale at pace the sku count we provide. Our processes were manual and managed outside the system on spreadsheets and manual uploaders. The move to Pimberly solves our problems and the workflows simplify the experience for users managing the data

What do you like best about the product?
Having product data and digital assets like images, videos, and documents in one system is a big plus. It ensures consistent branding across all channels. The modern, intuitive UI makes it easy for teams to onboard and use daily without heavy training.

occasional lags when working with larger files but that's manageable

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM because it has become our central hub for product information management over the past five years. It serves as a single source of truth for all product data, significantly speeding up and enhancing the efficiency of publishing and updating products across various marketplaces. The platform excels in solving major issues like scattered product information, manual product uploads, inconsistent data, and lack of visibility across teams, thereby streamlining our operations. I appreciate the remarkable ease of use Pimberly offers, which makes it accessible and intuitive for everyday use. The customer support is exceptional; the team is always responsive and resolves any issues promptly. The continuous updates to the system further enhance its usability and efficiency. One feature I find particularly beneficial is the autopopulate rules for the DAM, which automate the addition of images to attributes based on image names, saving us considerable time and effort. Furthermore, my learning experience with Pimberly has been greatly supported by the comprehensive monthly webinars and a detailed knowledge base. These features, along with the system's integration with BigCommerce, make Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM an invaluable tool in our technology stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Making the same change across multiple attributes sometimes requires extra steps or CSV re-uploads.

I use Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM to centralize product data, eliminating scattered information, manual uploads, and inconsistencies, while enhancing team visibility and efficiency. The autopopulate feature for images and responsive customer support also boost our efficiency.

Providing platform for holding a wide array of product information which can be used by different departments in different ways throughout our business.
Product Information Management System Offers Simplicity and Versatility
What do you like best about the product?
The system is fairly easy to understand and doesn't take long to get to grips with. Decent user interface for creating feeds and channels to export to your marketplaces.

Occasionally can slow down, depending on the number of other demands being made to the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of management of our product information and product images. It reduces the time needed to collate product data and simplifies the creation of exports needed for our marketplaces.

What do you like best about the product?
All of our product info and images now live in one central hub, which makes things way easier. We can update product details once and push them out to all our channels (Shopify, Amazon, Google Shopping, etc.).
The interface is pretty user-friendly, even for folks who aren’t super technical. It's easy to search, filter, and update product info.

What do you dislike about the product?
We have a pretty large product range, and sometimes bulk edits or searches can slow things down a bit.
There are APIs and connectors, but we wish there were more out-of-the-box integrations with tools like Shopify or BigCommerce to speed things up.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pimberly helps us keep our product catalog clean, consistent, and easy to manage. It fixes issues we had with scattered data, duplicate work, and manual updates. We can now bulk edit products, track data completeness, and ensure everything is accurate before going live across different channels. It’s made our catalog way more organized and scalable.
