It holds a wealth of information, easy to use and also the customer support team are always happy to help. I use Pimberly daily since moving roles to Marketplaces and find it very easy to integrate and export from the system.

Not got any complaints only been using for 9 months

It benefits to import data into the system and transfer into Marketplace platforms across business

Disorganized Product Data Across Multiple Systems - Pimberly centralizes all product data into a single platform, making it easy to access, update, and manage.
Simple and easy to use, saving us time and effort

I have found this simple and easy to use, it's quick to make changes to product data and has helped us to keep Pimberly as the one source of truth when it comes to product data. The customer support is excellent, always quick to help and will investigate and fix when something isn't working as it should.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found there to be any things I dislike about the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pimberly has made our workflows much more efficient as it helped to manage the data between our website and catalogue production, through creating a central place to update information. We now only have one place to edit information which not only saves time but ensures that all data is correct and up to date.

Good experience with Pimbery
What do you like best about the product?
Good experience with Pimbery, always happy to help whenever needed. The PIM is brilliant and can be moulded to do more than first imagined, great features with the ability to build. The implimentation of pim was relatively straight forward and the intergration was fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
The PIM does have restrictions and is more of a generalised specialist data store rather than a bespoke system for certain needs. Although implimenting the pim was straight forward, due to the nature of how we use pim it is taking a while to get everything set up.

Classification/Enriching data/audit trails/master data warehouse

What do you like best about the product?
The team has quickly gotten used to Pimberly and finds it easy to use. Having all our product data in one place makes it simple to generate reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that could be improved is the first time user experience, as it can be unclear where to go and what each feature does. A simple user guide with basic instructions would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pimberly is helping us, as a team, by reducing the error rating when creating new products and this is saving time, which is freeing people to do more givernance upfront to ensure the product data going into PIM is accurate.
My experience of using Pimberly is it is very useful for me.

All information i need to look at the different products we do as well as have images of the products when i need to see the product we don't have any in stock.

My experience so far has been good so i don't have any dislikes so far.

Updating product descriptions which are incorrect or missing and updating barcodes that are missing or new.
