What do you like best about the product?
I like that Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM allows my team to upload everything and streamlines processes for us. The user interface is easy to use, making everything easy to find and navigate. The initial setup was very easy, and we had training. The support is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the DAM is slow, and you can't release imagery to the channel. The speed sometimes when we are uploading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM for uploading E-com imagery. It streamlines processes for my team by allowing us to upload everything easily.
Easy to use content management
What do you like best about the product?
I like the cloud-based content management allows me to work without connecting to our internal servers all the time. Particularly handy and quicker when working remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've not had any major issues with it so far.

Its allowing me to access product information more quickly and view and select images with ease.

It holds a wealth of information, easy to use and also the customer support team are always happy to help. I use Pimberly daily since moving roles to Marketplaces and find it very easy to integrate and export from the system.

Not got any complaints only been using for 9 months

Disorganized Product Data Across Multiple Systems - Pimberly centralizes all product data into a single platform, making it easy to access, update, and manage.
Simple and easy to use, saving us time and effort

I have found this simple and easy to use, it's quick to make changes to product data and has helped us to keep Pimberly as the one source of truth when it comes to product data. The customer support is excellent, always quick to help and will investigate and fix when something isn't working as it should.

I haven't found there to be any things I dislike about the system.

Pimberly has made our workflows much more efficient as it helped to manage the data between our website and catalogue production, through creating a central place to update information. We now only have one place to edit information which not only saves time but ensures that all data is correct and up to date.

Good experience with Pimbery
What do you like best about the product?
Good experience with Pimbery, always happy to help whenever needed. The PIM is brilliant and can be moulded to do more than first imagined, great features with the ability to build. The implimentation of pim was relatively straight forward and the intergration was fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
The PIM does have restrictions and is more of a generalised specialist data store rather than a bespoke system for certain needs. Although implimenting the pim was straight forward, due to the nature of how we use pim it is taking a while to get everything set up.
