Relieving our agents of less complicated problems
What do you like best about the product?
Pypestream’s microapps library was helpful inasmuch as it gave me templates for building simple chatbots for the customer care. For basic issues such as order status and basic appointments, they managed them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was relatively difficult to manage the conversation flows outside of the microapps. The platform felt somewhat constrained in its ability to offer hierarchical trees and flowchart branching scenarios.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pypestream made it easy to create simple base chatbots which enabled us to integrate certain customer service tasks. This helped to reduce the time taken on our support channels while enhancing customer satisfaction.

Ability to use NLU
What do you like best about the product?
The user warmth provided by Pypestream made it simple to create essential chatbots. It enabled me to design and build some of the first designs and test them out with a range of people in a short time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pypestream had its limitations when introducing multiple flows in the conversation. I needed to design a conversation in which the chatbot asks follow-up questions based on the user’s response, but this opportunity was not available in the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For simpler client communications or Q&A chatbots, Pypestream can be quite beneficial if one plans on utilizing it. It supported me in discovering the possibilities of conversational AI and collect important user feedback on first ideas.
Customer Service Messaging Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I had personally used Pypestream software for my small business. In my business, I created a simple eCommerce website where customers buying a product and recommend products other as well. So I have a very small team and a limited amount of budget. I need a customer support employee for handling the customer complaint but I am not in a position to hire someone. Then someone from my development recommends tools for the customer support purpose. It is very easy to use and also very easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
By using this tool, I have resolved many business-related points of issues. The tool is perfect for messaging purposes. But, it needs some lit of manner changes in the user interface. With the help of this enhancement, the tool work more efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer support related issue fixed and resolved on time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The Pypestream is an average tool used for the customer support related stuff.But in the market lots of other tools available in a very cheap price which provide a lots of new feature.Like messaging service in other tools work perfectly without facing any kind of issue.
