What do you like best about the product?
The user warmth provided by Pypestream made it simple to create essential chatbots. It enabled me to design and build some of the first designs and test them out with a range of people in a short time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pypestream had its limitations when introducing multiple flows in the conversation. I needed to design a conversation in which the chatbot asks follow-up questions based on the user’s response, but this opportunity was not available in the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For simpler client communications or Q&A chatbots, Pypestream can be quite beneficial if one plans on utilizing it. It supported me in discovering the possibilities of conversational AI and collect important user feedback on first ideas.
