What do you like best about the product?
Pypestream’s microapps library was helpful inasmuch as it gave me templates for building simple chatbots for the customer care. For basic issues such as order status and basic appointments, they managed them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was relatively difficult to manage the conversation flows outside of the microapps. The platform felt somewhat constrained in its ability to offer hierarchical trees and flowchart branching scenarios.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pypestream made it easy to create simple base chatbots which enabled us to integrate certain customer service tasks. This helped to reduce the time taken on our support channels while enhancing customer satisfaction.
