What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of LiveLike is the ease of use combined with the great results it provides- engagement. I can count on LiveLike to give me tools whether it's their polls,AMA widgets, etc to keep my target audiences engaged.
What do you dislike about the product?
A downside/ one thing that I disliked about LiveLike is primarily the communication aspect. For support/to get in contact with someone it's mainly done over email which can be a bit slower compared to other alternatives in where they provide live chat support or a call center for an immediate solution to a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall the biggest problem that LiveLike is solving is providing ways for audiences to be engaged in sporting content. This helps to not only obtain a retention in audience but an increase as well for the creators that adopt LiveLike.
