Dependable data and useful intent signals, but weak CRM/automation integration

    Reviewed on Sep 11, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The company and contact data is mostly dependable, and the search and account-level insights work well for me. The intent and website-visitor signals frequently produce useful opportunities. Overall the product is fairly easy to use, and support has been solid.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration to CRM/marketing automation is a major weak spot for me. Data cleaning/enrichment and real-time reporting also don’t meet my needs. The AI feels only mid-tier: accuracy is average, consistency is lower, and it doesn’t always explain results clearly or make it obvious when it’s AI vs. rules-based logic, so my overall trust is limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I frequently get useful opportunities from the intent and website-visitor signals, and the workflows/AI somewhat reduce manual work.

What do you like best about the product?
The company and contact data is very dependable. Company data availability and accuracy meet my needs, and the lead builder is solid. Overall, it’s been easy to use and set up, and support has been good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Technographic data availability and accuracy are lacking for me. Integration to CRM/marketing automation is also a weak spot. I haven’t used news/people alerts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m able to identify accurate company and contact information using the data.

Mixed experience: decent usability, but contact data and list pulls feel unreliable

    Reviewed on Sep 11, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, setup, and support have been solid for me. Contact data availability and accuracy are generally okay when I’m pulling contact info off ZI’s sidebar (like alongside SalesNav).
What do you dislike about the product?
I can’t recall even a dashboard for visual analytics or what information that would even present, besides number of credits used. The contact database is my biggest concern because it doesn’t seem to accurately exclude CRM integrated fields and there are a ton of missing contacts when pulling lists directly in ZoomInfo vs using SalesNav and pulling contact info off ZI’s sidebar. It tends to regurgitate the same leads/same companies when trying to pull lists directly in ZI. Engagement tracking isn’t as useful because it tends to track our existing deals. Also, ZI does not integrate with SalesLoft which is frustrating as that’s another step I need to take when uploading into SalesForce, and activities tracked in SalesForce don’t seem to show up in ZI when excluding existing contacts/companies. Phone numbers are wildly inaccurate (around 50%), and overall I’m sitting at about 75% accuracy even though I try to keep it at 85%.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me identify company and contact information, but it’s been mixed in terms of dependability. I’m able to use it to pull contact info, though accuracy is closer to ~75% overall and phone numbers are much less dependable.

What do you dislike about the product?
Technographic data availability and company data accuracy are weak for me, and data segmentation/filtering is also lacking. Intent and website-visitor signals only sometimes produce useful opportunities.

AI prompts give instant results, but data dependability and signals are mixed

    Reviewed on Sep 09, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the AI can provide instant results with a prompt rather than going through different drill downs. Lead Builder and technographic data availability have worked well for me, and contact data accuracy has been solid.
What do you dislike about the product?
Company data availability and integration to CRM/marketing automation have been weak for me, and data cleaning/enrichment hasn’t been there. Overall the data was a mixed bag, and the intent/website-visitor signals only sometimes produced useful opportunities. I only somewhat trust the AI capabilities overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It reduced some manual work, and the AI helped me get instant results without having to do multiple drill downs.

Strong for enrichment and planning, but technographics can be stale

    Reviewed on Sep 09, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The whole point of a data enrichment platform is to provide valuable data to our teams, and this is used for enrichment, territory planning, and resource planning. I also found the AI helpful during setup when I had questions, since it answered basic questions and worked well for that. Overall the company and contact data was mostly accurate when I checked against known data points.
What do you dislike about the product?
Technographic data is generally not great. Companies change their software on a regular basis so it is often stale. Some data points have been stale too, like gross revenues for some well known public companies. The enrichment and segmentation features are great if they are accurate, but it is based on clean data. The website-visitor/intent signals rarely produce useful opportunities for us, and the news isn't helpful when it is not up to the minute. Also, there are better methods of messaging, in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us avoid basically spraying and praying by supporting enrichment, territory planning, and resource planning. The AI also helped me get set up by answering basic setup questions.

Mixed data dependability, with intent signals that sometimes help

What do you dislike about the product?
Contact data availability and technographic data availability have been a problem for me, and overall the data has been mixed in terms of dependability. The AI feels only middling: accuracy and consistency are about average, it is not that easy to catch and correct mistakes, and controls and explanations around what the AI can access and why it produced a result could be clearer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have gotten some useful opportunities from the intent and website-visitor signals, and I have been able to reduce manual work a little with workflows and AI.

Helpful for targeting and lead building, but I’ve hit reliability and cost issues

    Reviewed on Sep 09, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Pinpoint accuracy matters to me, and cold prospecting is inefficient without proper targeting. When it works, the data is very dependable, and the AI does an excellent job with lead building and data segmentation for lead building. I also like the idea of automating research and go-to-market actions to cut down on manual data entry.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve run into data reliability issues. It’s supposed to automate the pipeline and save time, but it hasn’t been doing that for me. On top of that, it ends up being more expensive than I expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with proper targeting for cold prospecting, and the AI supports lead building and segmentation. The intent and website-visitor signals produce useful opportunities sometimes, and the workflows/AI reduce manual work somewhat.
