What do you like best about the product?
I find ZoomInfo Sales to be very organized, with a well-structured classification and organization chart that I find very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe ease of access. In some cases, there are contacts where the person has left the old company and is working in a new company, but the contacts are not updated. I know it is difficult, but it should be quick. Normally, I try to update information myself using other tools where I have that option, but here, there should be some mechanism for me to share information such as someone already leaving the organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales for finding prospects' contact numbers, making it easier to connect with them.

The initial setup was fairly straightforward, with clear documentation and guided onboarding, making the transition efficient.

It would be great to see more flexible plans for growing businesses. Additionally, the user interface can occasionally feel cluttered and overwhelming due to the massive amount of data presented. Simplifying the dashboard navigation or providing more intuitive onboarding for new users would definitely enhance the overall experience.

I think a sweep of the contacts; like once every 3 months to make sure everything is still accurate.

I also pair it with LinkedIn, and I find the LinkedIn add-on works fantastic. The setup was very simple, and it was easy to roll it out across the company with some online trainings. The support with the tech guy was fantastic and very helpful.

The intent feature is kinda tricky. I haven't had much success pursuing prospects that I've been given intent information on.

Sometimes I come across contacts that are no longer valid, and updating them takes extra time. Aside from that, the platform can feel a bit overwhelming for new users because there are so many features.

I love that there's many different ways to organize or filter through results. Filtering by company, roles, and seniority level is huge for me when I'm pulling lists for campaigns. It really helps when searching for specific roles or titles and targeting different departments. Setting up ZoomInfo Sales was very easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of my pop-ups on different websites don't work. But that's an issue with the extension on Google Chrome.

ZoomInfo Sales solves the issue of duplicate names in systems and helps me prospect faster and more accurately by allowing different ways to filter and organize results based on company, roles, and seniority level, which is huge when pulling lists for campaigns.

I can’t think of any negatives at the moment. I genuinely like everything about Zoom Info.
