What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about GTM Workspace – Powered by ZoomInfo is that it brings prospecting, account intelligence, and engagement tools into a single platform, making it easier to identify the right contacts, personalize outreach, and improve sales productivity. It helps streamline the go-to-market process and enables more data-driven conversations with customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback of GTM Workspace – Powered by ZoomInfo is that contact data can occasionally be outdated or incomplete, requiring additional verification before outreach. It can also feel overwhelming at times due to the number of features and data available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GTM Workspace helps me quickly identify target accounts and contacts, access relevant company insights, and prioritize outreach. This saves time, improves prospecting efficiency, and helps create more meaningful customer conversations.

What do you like best about the product?
GTM Workspace centralizes our go-to-market data in one place, eliminating the need to juggle multiple tools. The ZoomInfo integration gives us accurate contact and company data that feeds directly into our workflows, saving our sales team hours of manual research each week. The intent signals have been especially valuable for prioritizing outreach to accounts that are actively in-market.
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding process can be steep for new users — it takes time to fully configure the platform and integrate it with existing CRM workflows. The interface, while feature-rich, can feel overwhelming at first. Pricing is also on the higher end, which can be a barrier for smaller teams. Better in-app guidance and more flexible pricing tiers would go a long way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GTM Workspace solves the core problem of fragmented go-to-market data by bringing contact intelligence, intent signals, and workflow automation under one roof. Before, our team was wasting time cross-referencing multiple tools and dealing with outdated prospect data. Now we have a single source of truth that keeps our CRM clean and our reps focused on the right accounts at the right time. The result has been faster pipeline generation and more meaningful outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
GTM Workspace provides company data, contacts, intent signals, and engagement insights in one place. This helps team to find lucrative accounts to target in B2B sales and marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike but - sometime due to multiple features it seems complicated to work and create ICP list and workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is really solving our problem to find high intent account targeting with accurate contact information of key decision makers.
- Accurate email addresses, direct numbers, and firmographic data.
- Can build a segmented ICP based on industry, company size, revenue etc.
- By using intent data, web activity, and engagement signals we can prioritize prospects who are more likely to convert.
- Reduced time and efforts of manual searching due to integration feature. Smooth syncing with salesforce and hubspot can give contact information on a click.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the flexible, spreadsheet-style Views. They let me quickly slice, filter, and organize accounts, opportunities, and contacts all on a single screen, without needing a RevOps background or a heavy Salesforce buildout.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels like AI is being shoved down my throat. I can see how AI can definitely be helpful, but I’d rather be able to choose when to use it instead of constantly getting pop-ups and reminders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We execute coordinated plays against specific target lists. When intent data and lookalike targeting are paired correctly, teams report a noticeable impact on the pipeline within the first 60 days.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how targeted we can make prospecting. With AI's help to "enhance" the list, it saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the integration with Salesloft is a bit more streamlined and compatible. For example, the extension numbers don't transfer well to Salesloft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our prospecting method before the full onboarding has been "spray and pray". With the scoops, intent signals, and advanced filters, along with integration of our CRM, we are able to build more targeted list and deliver the right message at the right time, to the right people.

What do you like best about the product?
unified worspace, no need to bounce between programs - spread sheet style views, the platform realtime changes in leadership, funding, hiring, and other sales relevant activities
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, it was a steep learning curve. adopting to a natural language query is different but not difficult. CRM, Email Sales and contacts are all in one screen is different, feel like there is an over reliance on AI

GTM workspace pulls all those "digital breadcrumbs" (intent, hiring data, website visits and internal CRM logs. It connects the who with the "why now" and lets you execute outreach.
