Good Data for North America, but Limited for Europe
What do you like best about the product?
The platform makes it easy to search and segment prospects by industry, company size, and role. The data for North American markets is quite strong and generally accurate, which helps speed up lead generation. The Chrome extension is also convenient for quickly pulling company info while browsing LinkedIn.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s quite expensive for what you get, especially if you’re focused on Europe or smaller markets. The data coverage and accuracy outside North America are noticeably weaker, with more missing or outdated contacts. The Salesforce integration could also get better, importing leads sometimes requires manual cleanup or extra steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives our sales and marketing teams a centralized source for finding and enriching prospect information. Having access to verified emails and phone numbers helps with outreach and reduces time spent researching leads manually. Zoominfo also makes it easier to segment accounts by industry, company size, and other firmographics, which helps us prioritize and target the right ICP with campaigns and outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
Its ability to deliver information very quickly and reliably, we have validated with some prospects and the purchasing interests are validated
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating the filters can be a challenge, but the guides are good and with some practice it becomes more understandable.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales is an intelligent and robust tool for sales intelligence and lead generation. Since using it, I have seen significant growth in both our revenue and our pool of potential customers. The application and web interface are well designed and user friendly. It offers extensive features, including advanced capabilities such as sending direct emails, exporting data, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I suggest improving the mobile interface, as it is currently missing many of the newer advanced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use ZoomInfo as our primary tool for lead mining and as a sales intelligence platform.
Ease of targeting the right Prospect
What do you like best about the product?
It helps you to find and target the right POC in any company. You easily can differentiate your data according to the industry you are dealing in, according to the Company's revenue and employee size too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much useful for prospects in Europe and U.K.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped our sales team to find the right companies according to the industry you are dealing in. You can easily get their contact information to initiate the first contact. The data accuracy is almost 99% which resolve the duplicacy issue of the data.
I use ZoomInfo to find leads information and contact then after.

It has helped me a lot with my jod as an SDR because I get to find leads information in a simple and very accurate way.
What do you dislike about the product?
In a rare case the information is not updated.

I used to use another software to find leads and contact then but it was so not updated and It created an issue with my job outcome but with ZoomInfo I stopped having that problem since most of the leads there have the right information.

What do you like best about the product?
I find ZoomInfo Sales to be a game changer for my sales prospecting efforts. It's very easy to set up and use, with an extremely low learning curve. The tool provides vital details like organizational charts, decision makers, their email IDs, and phone numbers, which are extremely useful for making outbound connections. Its simplicity and user-friendliness are top reasons I would recommend it in any organization I work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think ZoomInfo could improve by providing the latest insights on organizational changes. For example, if a point of contact has left the organization, I would like to receive notifications about such internal movements.

Accurate Data and Helpful Insights for my Sales Team
What do you like best about the product?
I directly integrated Zoominfo Sales with my CRM, so that i can push any leads without manual work, this helps in saving my time. And also the accuracy of the data are better comparing other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Pricing is higher according to me, this makes the smaller sales team to afford.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously my sales team need to research companies leads and their information, that too sometimes we are able to get the wrong data also. After moving to zoominfo sales, it helps our sales team to reduce their manual work and making the outreach faster for better connection rates.

The latest enhancements and platform updates have been a big step forward.

I wish there were more integrations for various CRMs vs. having to do an API build

We needed a reliable source to build out our ICP and working with Zoominfo, we were able to build out a comprehensive TAM with the data.
