Intuitive Prospecting That Saves Time on Targeted Lists and GTM

    Reviewed on Jun 02, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it makes it easier to identify the right prospects. It’s also an intuitive tool, and it’s easy to work with data in it. It saves a lot of time when building targeted lists and managing GTM activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a bit of a learning curve to getting the most out of the platform. While it’s generally intuitive, there are so many features and filters to learn that it can take some time to feel fully comfortable. I’ve also come across some outdated data, so a quick verification is still needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me find, organize, and prioritize prospects. It’s also easy to access all the insights I need for outreach.

A Powerful AI Tool for Inside Sales Success

    Reviewed on May 30, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
GTM has made it much easier to manage and prioritize our sales activities. The platform combines powerful company and contact data with AI-driven insights, helping our team identify the right prospects faster and focus on high-value opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes. Contact information is outdated; it takes almost a year to update when a prospect leaves the organization, leading to incorrect data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an Inside Sales and Business Development professional, GTM helps me overcome the challenge of identifying the right prospects, accessing accurate contact information, and prioritizing high-potential opportunities. Instead of spending hours on manual research, I can quickly find decision-makers, understand company insights, and leverage intent signals to focus on prospects who are more likely to engage. This has significantly improved my productivity, increased the quality of my outreach, helped me book more qualified meetings, and contributed to a stronger sales pipeline and better business development results.

ZoomInfo GTM Workspace: Fast, Accurate Data and Strong ROI for Channel Prospecting

    Reviewed on May 29, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
5:22 PMClaude responded: Character count sits around 850, plenty of room under most G2 limits but well above the 40 minimum.GTM Workspace pulls partner research, end-user account data, and contact info into one view. What I lean on most:

    - Contact accuracy. Direct dials and verified emails land right the first time, which matters when I map new VARs.
    - Intent signals. I see which accounts research storage or backup in real time and route them to partners.
    - Similar companies. Lookalike target lists in minutes instead of an afternoon on LinkedIn.
    - HubSpot integration. Enriched data flows into CRM without cleanup.
    - Copilot. Org charts, funding events, and buying signals show up in one place before partner calls.
    - Performance. Searches return fast even on broad queries. No lag when I run multiple tabs.
    - Support and onboarding. Onboarding was structured, and my CSM responds quickly when I need help with a workflow or new use case.
    - UI. Clean layout. Nothing buried.
    - ROI for a channel role. Pipeline I build through partners traces back to ZoomInfo research more often than any other source. The time saved on pre-call prep alone covers the cost several times over.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few friction points worth flagging:

    - Data decay on smaller accounts. Contact info stays sharp at the enterprise level, but mid-market and SMB records go stale faster. I cross-check before outreach.
    - Intent signal noise. Useful at the account level, but the topic taxonomy is broad. Storage intent sometimes pulls in adjacent categories I have to filter out.
    - Export limits. Pulling large lists into CRM hits caps that slow down bulk partner mapping projects.
    - Mobile experience. The desktop workspace is strong, but mobile feels like an afterthought when I need a quick lookup between meetings.
    - Learning curve on advanced search. Boolean filters and saved searches take time to master. Worth it once you get there, but not intuitive on day one.
    - Pricing tiers. Some features I would use sit behind higher tiers, which forces tradeoffs on what to activate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GTM Workspace solves a few problems that used to eat real time in my channel role:

    - Partner and end-user research in one place. I no longer bounce between LinkedIn, company websites, and internal CRM notes to build a picture of an account. Cuts pre-call prep from an hour to ten minutes.
    - Finding the right contact. Verified direct dials and emails mean my outreach lands with decision makers instead of gatekeepers. Response rates climbed once I stopped relying on guessed email patterns.
    - Account prioritization. Intent signals show which accounts are actively researching storage, backup, or virtualization. I route those to partners while the interest is warm instead of cold calling blind.
    - Lookalike targeting. When a partner closes a strong deal, I build a similar companies list in minutes and hand them a vetted target account list. That turns one win into a repeatable motion.
    - CRM hygiene. HubSpot enrichment keeps partner and contact records current without manual cleanup, so reporting actually reflects reality.

Net benefit: more pipeline sourced through partners, less time on research, and faster handoffs from signal to action.

Deep B2B Data That Supercharges Prospecting Efficiency

    Reviewed on May 19, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about ZoomInfo Sales is the depth of the B2B database and the efficiency it brings to prospecting workflows. The platform makes it much easier to identify decision-makers, verify company information, and build targeted outreach lists without spending hours manually researching contacts.

The intent data, company insights, and advanced filtering capabilities are especially valuable because they help prioritize accounts that are more likely to be actively evaluating solutions. I also found the CRM integrations and Chrome extension very useful for keeping workflows streamlined and improving day-to-day productivity.

Overall, ZoomInfo significantly reduces the time spent on lead generation and account research while improving targeting quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest challenge is that some contact data can occasionally be outdated or inaccurate, especially with fast-moving companies or role changes. I still find myself validating information before outreach in some cases.

The platform can also feel overwhelming at first because of the large number of features and data points available. In addition, pricing may be difficult for smaller businesses or startups with tighter budgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales helps solve the problem of inefficient prospecting and fragmented contact research. Instead of manually searching through LinkedIn, company websites, or multiple databases, I can quickly identify qualified prospects and access relevant company and contact information in one place.

This improves outreach efficiency, lead qualification, and pipeline organization while helping focus efforts on accounts with higher conversion potential. It also saves significant time for both sales and business development teams.
