Highly Useful for Targeted Recruiting, Needs Better Search Functionality

What do you like best about the product?
I find ZoomInfo Sales to be valuable in providing insights into company org charts, which is strategically important for locating specific industry professionals. Its ability to pull accurate contact information, including phone numbers of senior and mid-level leaders, enhances my recruitment efforts by allowing direct communication and yielding a high response rate. The tool has proven to be very useful in identifying and connecting with the right individuals quickly. Additionally, setting up ZoomInfo was straightforward, which made the transition smooth as I could start using it effectively after a brief introduction. I would say the ease of use and the specific functionalities are the main reasons I continue to find ZoomInfo beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the search feature for finding people could be a bit better. Sometimes I'll search for someone in the search bar and they won't show up, making it tricky to actually find these people who are easily found on LinkedIn. The way I search for people on LinkedIn is not congruent with how I for search people in ZoomInfo. This can be a bit clunky and difficult to track the same person down. It would be cool if I could grab a LinkedIn profile link, copy-paste it into the search bar on ZoomInfo, hit search, and then find that person, but I don't think is a feature currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find ZoomInfo Sales invaluable for accessing accurate contact and org chart data, particularly for hard-to-reach senior roles, which boosts my response rates.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that ZoomInfo Sales provides comprehensive details about potential customers, allowing me to identify logistics, transportation, supply chain, and procurement contacts across the United States effectively. The ability to access both email addresses and telephone numbers for contacts greatly facilitates communication and improves response time by using templates that can be customized with variables for different companies. I find the setup process straightforward and quick, with integrations like Microsoft Office 365 making it convenient to manage through my daily email system. The intent feature of ZoomInfo Sales is incredibly useful, allowing us to focus directly on industries we are interested in, thus aligning our strategic goals with effective lead generation. The platform has impressed me with its in-depth information on companies, which includes organizational positions, differentiating it from other tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot. The website analytics feature helps identify companies that have shown interest by visiting our website, which informs us who to follow up with. Overall, ZoomInfo Sales is instrumental in helping us reach prospects we previously couldn't and is crucial in our sales prospecting strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the cost of ZoomInfo Sales to be a bit expensive, especially for smaller companies. While it's a valuable tool, the pricing can be a significant hurdle for those with limited budgets. More affordable packages for smaller companies would be beneficial.

I use ZoomInfo Sales to identify potential customers and gather detailed contact information, enabling targeted sales strategies and improving logistics and supply chain engagement with quicker communication.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great prospecting tool allowing me to reach multiple end users of my product/ service.
What do you dislike about the product?
some of the information is inacurate leading to wasted credits that the company spends money on only to learn that the email address doesn't exist for the contact
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching more prospects than with just LinkedIn or another platform alone. it has a lot of potential contacts that can benefit from our services

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that you can drill down on the company or candidate profile. Zoom info provides high-quality contact and company data, which improves sales and marketing efforts. You get direct information for decision makers personally and professionally. Sometimes you can get personal email's and cell phone numbers. This helps becasue most people do not want to get a sales call during regular business hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
First off, it's expensive! Second, sometimes the information is not uploaded in real-time. If a person leaves a company to go to a new company, most likely that professional contact information is not updated. For the most part, it's a great platform for sales and recruiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, getting contact information for new potential accounts. Easy way to gather information to build a sales category and get instant contact info.

What do you like best about the product?
I love ZoomInfo Sales for its incredible ease of setup, which was very simple with no problems at all. I find it extremely valuable for conducting research on companies and gathering data for contacting and positioning, which significantly enhances my outreach, follow-up, and engagement activities. I am particularly impressed by the Copilot feature and the availability of direct and mobile phone numbers, which are among the most useful capabilities it offers. These features, along with the comprehensive data within Copilot, stand out as the reasons I would choose to repurchase and highly recommend the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate having more insights similar to those provided in Copilot. While the current insights are beneficial, expanding on this feature could enhance the value I get from ZoomInfo Sales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales for company research, contacting data, and positioning, aiding outreach and follow-up engagements effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy of the data and ease of integration into other sites, along with the ability to scale my outreach with a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The demo was not long enough and the rest of my team did not utilize it in time to get a good feel for the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo solves the way we reach out to prospective clients. Before we were very inefficient in how we were searching for prospective clients. This platform helps narrow our focus to prospective clients that are searching for the services we provide and once we have a list created, it provides accurate contact information to reach out directly with key decision makers.

Cut down on research time

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to quickly find the right contacts within an organization in order to close sales faster. Helps cut down on hours of research, and wading through multiple sites. I use it daily!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasions when a contact's email bounces back, but its rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to find the right contact is half of the battle in my work. It helps save time on research, and having to go through multiple sites like LinkedIn, Google, or other pages to find buyers for my product.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of access to company contacts and the amount of contacts that are in the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
That we are not able to link our CRM, which is not ZoomInfo's fault!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo sales is able to provide extensive contact lists for existing and new companies that we are looking to partner with and learn more about.

I would love to have a more intuitive way of uploading leads that need enrichment.

Great for Finding Contacts, But Data Can Be Outdated

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo sales has the right contacts that I need to get our acquisitions pipeline flowing. Most companies I can find the correct contact in maintenance and indirect procurement. It works well for our needs. The advanced search tool is very easy to use and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many times i find that the contact's email, or numbers are outdated. This is my biggest concern, sometimes I find that Apollo might have the more up to date info, and they provide their services for free up to a certain usage which sort of fills in the gaps for when ZoomInfo is lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to find the contact's within companies that deal with their surplus/obsolete spare parts and equipment, when found and a connection has been made, we can then purchase their equipment. I use Zoominfo primarily to find these contacts and reach out to them via phone call and email.
