Simple and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
I love how accurate the information is on the website and how easy it is to access, especially when doing research on accounts before prospecting. I use ZoomInfo everyday. It helps with knowing who I am talking to, what posistion they hold, and who the key decision makers are in certain departments to help narrow my search. When we started using ZoomInfo, it was easy to start implementing into our daily work habits to utilize as a valuable tool. I haven't had to use customer support yet, but I have heard great things about how personable the team is and how willing they are to help with any issues. I have now learned to integrate this into my prospecting in all scenarios so I can learn more about what goes on in someones business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the thing I dislike about ZoomInfo is not getting accurate intent signals on my feed that are pertaining to my specific customer base. I had already uploaded my module and set up my feed to get intent signals but it keeps showing companies that are not in my CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is taking the guess work out of not knowing who you are trying to reach and what company info you are trying to find. A lot of the time, websites don't have enough information to go off of, but I am able to go to ZoomInfo and it will give me more insight about the business and who works there.
Zoom Info is the bomb to gain insight for closing deals !
What do you like best about the product?
I love the company overview and employees with a breakdown of the C- suite players to target and seek for quick and relevant folks to engage on the solutions we offer and why it will help them !
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing to date is the send feature to recap what I pulled does not seem to work or where it goes I have no clue. *Its great to pull data, and send via pdf...if I can figure it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
insight into the revenye and how much a client spends or could be losing by NOT using our IT solutions.

For new account prospecting, using Intent Data and Scoops to find candidates and creating lists that have the right personas are very helpful

Email addresses are too sparse and not accurate enough overall

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using ZoomInfo SalesOS in the company that I work for and this has literally been a game changer. Locating your Point of Contact has never been easier, at the touch of your fingertips is a prospecting list that has available contact details such as email and mobile phone that you weren't able to access unless you had someone's business card from going door to door.
ZoomInfo SalesOS compliments my daily prospecting and enables me to touch base with my POC quicker and easier saving me so much time.

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really seen a downside of using ZoomInfo Sales OS, I have my list of contacts that I can export and use anytime that I choose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In today's everchanging technological advancements, ZoomInfo SalesOS has enabled our Sales Team to gain access to information and create a solid working database for POC across the board.

What do you like best about the product?
Very in depth analytics regarding great contact information and easy to use. Pairing this with a couple of propritary systems was relatively easy once you understood the leverage that the platform provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far! The only thing that would make this easier would be to integrate into our CRM system which at the moment isn't possible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to find contact information at a much quicker rate with a much higher reliabilty than anything available on the market for hospitality.

It keeps all of our clients in one place and we can easily track their behaviors and needs
Does the job but is not updated very regularly

Provides contact info that is useable most of the time.

The downside for sure is how long it takes to vet and ensure my leads have accurate info. Lots of time job titles, companies, and or numbers are wrong and it is time-consuming to figure it out.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is so easy to use. When it comes to customer support how many companies can you get support directly from the CEO? From Henry Schuck down everyone at Zoominfo is happy to assist you if needed. I use Zoominfo on a daily basis and it has become the only company my company trusts with contact data and lead integration. My first day on the job I was able to use Zoominfo to produce a list of highly targeted leads. Zoominfo is so easy to use I tend to work directly from Zoominfo more than my own CRM system. It's a little pricey, but quality comes with a cost and it's worth every penny.

As with any other contact data provider you will come across several disconnected numbers. As stated the product is more expensive than it's competitors,.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo solves the most basic problem of all - High quality lead sourcing. By using Zoominfo for 100% of my lead sourcing I have managed to streamline my sales process to a very efficient system that allows me to contact close to 200 unique leads daily. The information is usually correct which leads to quality contact made and results in more new clients for my company.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the intent feature, as it allows us to see which companies are currently searching for specific features. This helps us determine whether we should reach out to them. I also find the notifications about new companies added to my tag list very useful, as they keep me informed and up to date. Additionally, I like having the ability to message leads directly, with the messages already available in ZoomInfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything about ZoomInfo is excellent! They are constantly updating and enhancing their platform, which I really appreciate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to get the exact contact information of a person in any company we need to get in touch with. It helps us generate sales. We can also get leads that we can contact for our marketing campaigns.
